Haven't heard anything yet but our CEAC creation date has changed from August 28, 2014 to November 1, 2014. Is this a good sign?

If we send it regular mail will Guangzhou accept it?

The cgi Stanley coverpage? We called citic bank and they said they can't send it without the green paper from Guangzhou.

I have a signed copy ready to send but Citic bank will not send it for us because we already submitted our paper from Guangzhou requesting documents. I guess at this point we will need to wait and see if Guangzhou is going to request them again. Can I send them regular mail, not through Citic bank?

We were asked after the interview to send in additional documents, my income tax returns. We were in such a rush to get everything sent over, I didn't realize I sent an unsigned income tax return. We have already sent the papers in via CITIC bank. Can I send two packages to the embassy? Or does this mistake even matter?

On September 2nd my status on NVC was changed to in transit and on September 3rd the status said ready. Now when I go online to check the status has changed back to At NVC. Any idea why that might be? I tried calling (11PM Eastern time) and they said they are not able to take phone calls at this time even thought they should be open until midnight on a Friday. Help!

Do you receive an email when NVC receives your case?

I visited my fiance July-August 14th 2014 and filled out an I-134 for him to bring to his interview. We just received the NOA2 on August 7. Did I fill out the I-134 too soon? Should I mail him a more updated one when we get closer to his interview date?
