Why an interview? Did you receive a NPIW letter? Was yours a K1 visa initially? Not sure why they would interview after a year, makes no sense, but then again the USCIS don't make much sense any way!

Yes I think they want to see how big is my girl hahaha, as soon they saw her they just ask the birthday and that´s it... The officer says that shes approved to have the residence.

and yes i receive the NPIW on july, I´m a march filer

now I just started again with my husband, so we´ll keep in touch

but for now I´m so happy!!!!

After one year, I receive an appointment that we had today.... and now my girl is a resident !! we´ll receive her card on the next weeks..

She is almost 2 years old. But they denied the citizen.

Wow really what a nerve they have!!! I think I would be voicing my opinions about the service and such a the interview! Just another example of bad customer service but I bet they didn't have a problem cashing your cheque did they?

March filler here too!! 8 months after the letter. My daugther is now 1.6 year, I hope she can get her GC before she get her quinceanera!!

I thought that it would be faster after NBC sent some cases out to the certain field office. But the fact is so disappointment. I was speechless after I read Aradeb's story yesterday.

I wonder now how many March filers are still waiting? And how many April filers are still waiting.

For easy counting I say first. I am one of May filers.

Hello. I just hit the 6 months from the letter yesterday.

i have an appointment with the USCIS and all they can say is " wait you have to ben more patient"

so before I get crazy I'm gonna just wait. I'm tired to check all days the case status...

My priority date is march 31. I filled for my 1 year baby. I just had an appointent this monday to know about my case and their answer was... they have a lot of work the only thing you can do is keep waiting...

So I think thw only thing I can do is to wait hahaha

Hi I got letter in july 10, and any notice until that date.

I sent an e-request on oct 1 they say to wait for a response on oct 23 but nothing get today..

In last days I check and are some news about people getting good news, so that´s good notice, USCIS is moving again on their checkings..

Thanks for your answer, but I think I was no clear about my consern.

My case is still in aceptance step.

But I always check if is any change on the processing times for the differents forms that I filed for (i-130 and i-485)

Last time the page says that for i-130 the NBC office was on time, taking 5 months for the process.

But today I checked and now the chart don't show the i-130 forms. So I don't know if is something to worry about or they just forguet to add it in the chart.

I just visit the USCIS web page to check about the processing times, there are an update on Aug 07, but they don´t show the I-130 any idea what´s happening?

Also I´m confused about what office takes care about I-485, is the NBC or the local offices??

I receive the waiver letter last july 11

I'm in El Paso.

The last update of local USCIS says that in may 31 was doing the files of jan 13 2014

So I hope can get an update soon
