Hi, i have applied for my spouse through i30 at New Delhi embassy. I'm just getting ready to complete the ds-260 and send in the documents which are required. My question is my wife's mother had a name change after her wedding so on my wife's passport it says her mothers old name alias her new name. So for example "Mary Doe Alias Terry Doe." On her birth certificate and other documents it's her current name. Should I submit some kind of document explaining the Alias part on her passport along with ID proof? Or should I not since her current name is shown on my wife's birth certificate. I'm really worried and confused please help!! Thank you.

I have already sent the $88 fee and sent in my AOS last week. will they send me some sort of confirmation that they have recieved it? And how long does it usually take after you sent in AOS before they give you a interview date. Thanks!

Hi, I have a quick question regarding form i-864. It looks like i will need a joint sponser which my father will be helping me, since i do not meet the income requirements myself. My question is do i need to fill out 2 different i-864 forms, one from me, and one from my father? I just want to make sure. Thanks.

Hi fiends. My i applies for my wife case on October 28th through i-30, case was approved on april 13, and i filled out form Ds-261 online, and did the $88 payment. My question is, what would be the next step in my case, and how long does it take it take before she gets an interview? Thank you.
