yes she has, she only needs her passport, with a US visa on, to be stamped by them......... we even has purchased and returned our ticket . by the way the status says "READY", whatever it means

hardrockangel. I am freaking out here. I spoke with an operator in US Embassy yesterday. She told me that she was not aware of the exemption and we have to some how produce police certificate. My fiance is in Cebu, she can not travel to Kuwait to get the PC. Also today its 3rd day that I have sent an email to the embassy........ still waiting for the reply........... Any idea guys from how can I get this exemption thing sorted out. Thanks

I got the message on the 16th of July. My processing center is Texas though. Lets hope for the best.

please help me understand following message on USCIS website. "your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case".Thanks

I sent I-129F on the 8th, on 11th it as delivered to USCIS. But i still have not received any form of acknowledgment. no text, no e-mail.........
