    getting ready to send off I-751, need to know if anything is missing

    ·         Payment:  $680.00 check (with our wedding photo printed on check)

    ·         Form I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

    ·         Copy of Green Card (Front and Back) and Passport

    ·        ·  Copy of C and A, Florida ID/Driver Licenses showing same address of residence.

    ·         Copy of C new 2017 passport showing name change.

    ·         Evidence of  our Marriage, see list below

    ·         Lease Agreement of our communal residence: (See notes) Lease is in C maiden name.- C Has been living at this address for 5 years.

    ·         Joint checking statements (TD Bank) copy of both our debit cards and void check copy.

    ·         Checking statements (Regions Bank) C account only. See Debit card ending 1234 and account number ending 5678 for transaction history. Debit card copy included.

    ·         Credit card statements (Capital One): for only three months (2016), showing A as the authorize user to build his credit history.

    ·         Copies of Credit card Statements (TD Bank showing Communal address) for A (2017 thru 2018), most transaction are made by me (C) on his behalf (wife duties).

    ·         Joint IRS transcript with corresponding Federal Tax return for 2017.

    ·         Copy of dental insurance and vision card for 2017, (A was only added for one year just to get his Tooth Pulled).

    ·         Copy of A life insurance policy thru C employer, showing C as the beneficiary.

    ·         Copy of C, life insurance policies(s) showing A as the beneficiary.

    ·         Copy of C 401-K (retirement plan), showing A as the beneficiary.

    ·         Original Notarized Power of Attorney (Medical) for C and A.

    ·         Copies of Western Union transaction (sending money to A family), I C is completing the transaction on behalf of A. C’s debit card ending in 1234 or 5678 will be the payment use to send money.

    ·         Copy of Receipt (Tory Burch shoes) that A Purchase for C Birthday March 2018.

    ·         Itineraries of vacation/ trips (2016-2018) listed below:

        June 28, 2016 Jamaica- on A's (Capital One Credit card statement) he purchases a plane ticket for me to Jamaica to attend his Brother and Sister Graduation. (Noted his I-485 was pending). Pictures Included.

      March 2, 2017 – Bronx, New York – (C's Birthday trip) visiting his family members.

      April 3, 2017 – Day trip to Key West, Florida, for our 1 year wedding anniversary.

      August 18 2017- Jamaica (2 week vacation) visiting his family

      December 14, 2017 – Dallas, TX – (A's birthday trip) visiting C's sister.

      March 29 2018 – Toronto, Canada (1 week vacation /our 2 year wedding anniversary).  Visiting his friends.

     August 3, 2018- Jamaica- I C purchases A, ticket to Jamaica to visit his family.

    December 20 2018- Jamaica- I C will be traveling to Jamaica to visit A family for Christmas.

    February 2019 -We will be traveling to Jamaica for a wedding next year.

    ·         Three Affidavits attesting our marriage.

    ·         Photos with details or dates.

    NO car loan or insurance information because A does not have a drivers license
