  1. Thanks for the response!

    Hi Kittekat,

Thanks for the clarification. So, since now we are using an automated i-94, do we need to include in our application of AOS, the "Travel History" page of I-94, just the "Most Recent I-94" page?

There are 3 things, to be considered in Travel History, it states the following fields:

    1. Arrival

    2. Date

    3. Port of Entry

In my case, the port of entry that is written there is a bit confusing. Bcoz I entered US, on Seattle Airport (which is my actual POE) and my last destination is Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. But when I checked on my travel history page online, it shows MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, instead of SEATTLE-TACOMA INT'L AIRPORT.

    It's just a bit confusing.

But if the travel history page is not needed on AOS application, and if the MOST RECENT I-94 (which comprises of I-94 #, MOST RECENT DATE OF ENTRY, CLASS OF ADMISSION, ADMIT UNTIL DATE, and NAME, PASSPORT #, & SOME BASIC INFO) is enough, I don't worry about that Travel History.

  2. Hi,

    Good morning.

I just want to ask about I-94, two questions below:

    1. I got my "MOST RECENT I-94" on the cbp website, I just want to ask if I also need to include "Travel History" page, when

I'm submitting it together with the I-485 package? (NOTE: I-94 is one of the requirements)

    2. If, I need to submit too "Travel History", my second question is: The Port of Entry fields, we noticed that they put Minneapolis-St. Paul

International Airport, instead of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport [this is my actual POE]?

Hoping someone could help me. Thanks!

  3. Thanks for the reply KayDeeCee.

But how about for the required documentations that need to submit to USCIS if you are an "Advance Parole" it states that, http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-131instr.pdf <== Please see attach link:

    c. Advance Parole Document

If you are in the United States, you must attach:

    1. (1) A copy of any document issued to you by USCIS showing your present status, if any, in the United States; and

    2. (2) An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an Advance Parole Document; or

    3. (3) If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustment application; or

    How can I provide #2 & #3 requirements?

    Thanks!

  4. Hi Mam/ Sir,

I just have a question in form I-131. Is it OK to submit an incomplete Form I-131 together with my I-485 package since we don't know yet, if I am really going to used Form I-131? There are a lot of part there in the Form I-131 that are "UNKNOWN" as the moment, since I don't know if I am going to leave the US while my AOS is pending.

I hope anyone could help me. Thanks!

  5. Hi Mam/sir,

With regards to Form I-131, I just want to ask, is it OK to submit Form I-131 with incomplete informations? I mean, as of the moment, I don't know if I'm really going to used it or not, most probably I will used it "In case of emergency". So some of the informations in Part 2, 3, 4, & 7 of Form 1-131, is "Unknown". So it is possible, to submit it with incomplete information but once we have the info we are just going to forward to USCIS, some of the information that are lacking for Form I-131?

I hope anyone can help me. Thanks! God bless..
