I see there is a shorter processing time at VSC vs CSC. Will moving mean that my petition will transfer to CSC? 

Hello, my wife and I currently live in MA and submitted our I-751 petition in December. We are moving to CA in June for a new job and won't have a permanent address for a few months while we look for housing. How long do you recommend we wait until we notify USCIS of our move and what are the consequences of the move on our application?  Thanks in advance!

Oh wow. Interesting. So if she's not a resident of Canada, she has to file a petition from PERU??? Oi vey.

So I guess she'd have to go back home to Peru and file, at which point she can, if we choose, come visit me in the US while her k-1 processes?

I wonder how often/when she would have to return to Peru while it's in process...

Because when my Fiance filed the K1 visa for me, I was advised to not apply for a tourist visa to the US while we were processing the K1 visa.

So my fiance kept visiting me in Indonesia because I was not able to go to him in New Hampshire.

I mean they tell you you can try but the chances are slim. Really slim.

I got an email alert today as well and am now reading the same case status when I check online that I received before the website update. This is the first update I've received from USCIS since filing in July and I figure they are finally tying in the old database to the new front end and that my case still hasn't been touched.

I forgot to make a copy of my I-129F package that I submitted to the UCIS. I included some original copies of photographs and visa slips as part of my package. Will the original package be sent to the embassy after NOA2 and will I potentially be asked for furnish a copy of the package i sent it originally? Can I request a copy from UCIS if one is needed for the interview?
