When I did the interview appointment on-line for a K-1 Visa, I paid a visa fee of $265. This was done electronically through the web site. At the time of the interview, do we have to pay at the Consulate another fee of $265 or are these fees the same? Please help, our interview is in 3 weeks

Thank you all for the answers. I spoke w/ my fiancé and she confirmed that she has records of vaccination. I will ask her to bring it to the medical exam.
-
Can someone tell me how should I answer this question on the DS-160? Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

I would probably call USCIS at this point, but I thought someone previously posted that although we were transferred to California USCIS would still go by Texas' timeline for our cases... Nonetheless, I don't think it hurts to call.
I think I am going to wait until Friday. Is just that most people that got transferred to Cali got approvals or RFE. I am afraid my application got lost in the transfer.
-
I am starting to panic!!! I am past my 5 month timeframe and still no approval or RFE. At what point do I call USCIS?
-
Am I the only one that got transferred to Cali from Texas that has not received an approval or an RFE? Looking at the Igor list, it seems Cali is back to approving July applications. I’m wondering if my application got lost in the transfer.

Felicidades a los aprobados!!!
Nada de nada para mi.... continuo esperando
I am in the same boat.

Hi Espico,
I think you should ignore what they tell you on the phone because I really don't think they know details at all. If you got the hard copy notice that you are transferred, then you are definitely transferred! When I called and spoke to Tier 2 he said he couldn't see any details about my case. In fact, when they transferred me to him they gave him my wrong case number at first also, so they are simply out of the loop. The officer I spoke to also expressed his own frustration with the adjudicators but made it seem like he has no contact or connection to them.
You could always try and call again and speak to someone else to see what they say, or get a senator involved to find out what's going on exactly. But in my opinion I think a hard copy notice signifies you were definitely transferred.
I agree. I am not calling again. I am just going to let the system runs its course.

Since some applicants have been posting that they received their NOA2 after they called USCIS, I decided to call. I’m only a week short of the 5 month mark. The Tier 1 caller told me my application was in Mesquite Texas even though I got a hard copy notice telling me I was transferred to California (8/11). I asked to talk to a Tier 2 officer. Contrary to what other are posting, the T2 officer re-affirmed that my application was in Texas. I asked if it was transferred back to Texas from California. She put me on-hold and said she was going to “look more into it”. She came back and told me that it was definitively in Texas and they had no record of it ever being transferred to California. NOW I AM COMPLETELY CONFUSED.
Conclusion – I don’t think either T1 or T2 officers have any clue what is going on. We just have to sit tight and wait.

First, CONGRATULATIONS to all the approvals. Second, I am so FRUSTRATED with the whole process. I have not seen my sweet Nalia in almost a year. I get the feeling that my application is at the bottom of a pile and USCIS getting putting new files on top of it…
-
just posting this to continue expressing my frustration ... still no NOA2
I am with you...

I see people getting approved with dates before and after ours.. Im getting desperate on web page it still says

I am happy (and jealous) for all the approvals. The good news is that things are finally moving. I will be praying hard that we all get our by next week.
