I brought both passports old one and new with the new name, so the immigration stamp is place next to my visitor visa on old passport.

My wife had to apply for a new passport to change her middle name because of marriage, she received a new immigration visa stamp in old passport, which had visitor visa on it. They cancelled the visitor visa and stamped immigration visa on next page. Is it ok for her to travel to the US or should we go back to embassy and have the stamp on the new passport? Please advise, has any one had this happened. thanks in advance for the help.

Hi Folks, i received a DS 260 query in email stating that my wife has to send her police certificate via email, and in a mail i received the letter stating that myfile has been transferred to Bombay consulate. Is the email by mistake or they are really looking for the document, I am confident that I have sent police clearance with my document package, when I filed DS260. Please advise, what should I do? Any help is appreciated? Should I resend?

After filling out ds260 how long will it take to receive the interview date? It's been a month since, we filled out ds260.

I think it was may 19 when I filled do 26th out and June 3 we men I send my aos stuff so I guess mine was long time ago it sucks but takes long time

I received a notice to pay IV fee, now once the fees are paid, can we just finish DS260 form or do we have to wait for NVC to notify us to fill out DS260? Please let me know.

After submitting ur AOC how long did it take u to receive iv notice?

any update on your DS261, i haven't heard anything....its been 60 days and counting, called them they received my AOS and approved it!!! but not able to pay the IV fees till DS261 is approved.

I tried calling, it shows busy, what is the best option to reach them? Has any one tried reaching out to nvc and what is the best number and time to reach them?

HI I just received an email from NVC stating that i haven't submitted DS261 yet, which i did on May 29th and recieved a confirmation, what should i do? should i resubmit my ds261? or try to contact NVC? Please let me know, i think resumitting is the best option at this point as they just sent an email. I had not elected agent as I wanted to be my own agent. What you guys think? should i resubmit and make my US Citzen spouse my agent? please let me know your recommendations.

I just received an email from NVC and they have stated that they haven't received ds261 from my spouse, which I have submitted on May 29th, and received a confirmation on May 29th. I just resubmitted DS-261 on behalf of my wife, do you guys have faced the same situation?

Hello I have submitted DS261 on May 28th and I864 on June 2nd,2014, however I haven't heard anything further from NVC regarding next steps. do you guys know how long will it take till i get notified to pay the IV fees and till the interview gets scheduled at Bombay embassy. I am really nervous about the time this process is taking.
