she use the old name coz that time ds260 ready to fill up shes still LPR,

Good Day po mga brod and sis Patulong nmn po about sa case ng ate ko, nag file sya petition f2a unmmaried child under 21, then nag file din sya ng divorce sa dating asawa niya , and now divorced na sila, may natanggap siya sa NVC na pwede na siyang mag fill up ng ds 261, after that ung fee ng AOS after yong fee ng DS260 then nakapagfill up nadin sya ng DS260 online , then recently naging US citizen ang ate ko thru naturalization at nag change of first name siya , now nasa stage na siya na isesend ang AOS at Supporting Documents niya, ANo dapat niyang gawin about sa mga Changes niya ? at gagamitin niya na ba sa mga form ung new name niya? TIA,,

Yesterday i Called in NVC i ask about my CaseStatus then they said my Case is Complete , then I ask about my age getting 21 on January 25 2015 then they said , you wait until my visa available, i ask again if have a problem about may case im getting 21 , then they said theres no problem because your case is complete and waiting for visa available. oh Thanks God. Your Brother is Case Complete?

We are on the same boat, my brother turns 21 on Jan. 12,2015. PD 8/5/13, CC 3/5/2014. I called NVC and they said nothing can't be done about it until PD becomes current. I hope he falls under CSPA once PD is current.

I am already getting 21 on january 2015 and my priority date is not yet current, is there anything that I have to sign or I have to do?

Hello im new here, My Priority Date 01August2013 CC:May22.2014 , hanggang ngayon wala papo akong natatanggap na IL, ask ko lang pano kung next year wala parin dumating na IL at sa Jan25 2015 mag 21 na ako , wala po bang magiging problema sa Case pag nag 21 na ako at wala pang dumating na IL ko? Tsaka Dahil sa retro kaya nadedelay ang mga f2a cases ? Sana may mga kasagutan kau sa tano ko po.
