This AP is giving us a hard time in our relationship too

Its been 35 months of my husbands case in AP also...inshaAllah we all will pass this test and finally get a happy life..i wil pray for u and plzz its a request to all brothers and sisters to pray for us..we have 2 children that are suffering along with us...their father away from them is very hard...

one of my friend had his oath n finger prints done after submitting ds260...they will jst do the oath n takr prints thts it...but hope for the best bcuz tht friend of mine is still waiting for a visa...

This is exactly wht happened to us..i have told u my story b4 tht we submited our documents in march 2014 n havent heard from them yet...last update to case was on july 10th after tht nothing at all..only difference is tht u were emailed n we were contacted by phone and they only asked for 2 photos,ds260,n police charter...

just have faith in Allah n have patients inshallah Allah will hear our prayers one day

Im thinking of getting an attourney but as of now im in pakistan will wait for a few more months..lets see wht happeneds n plzz keep updating if u hear anythng from the embasy this way i can atleast hace some info bcuz our cases r in same proccess..

Been already interviewed age wouldn't matter ur potition has already been submitted ur just waiting for the visa..I don't think u need to b worried bcuz they r giving visas to children that were under 18 yrs when potition was filed n now over 21 years...but u can always contact thm embassy and ask them..they will tell u in details..

As far as I know if the main applicant dies then his family cannot immigrate to US but if the visa's were already issued then u guys can always contact them and ask them whts next n explain how difficult it will be for ur brothers family in Pakistan without a father....they might have a way out

Tell ur mom to apply as soon as she can bcuz it will help out in ur case alot...I think after she's us citizen,ur case might get finished within a year

I think it gets processed in 30 days but in our case,its different we submitted ds260 along with other documents on March 25 and heard nothing from them...then I emailed and in May they said those documents are.in.pending to b reviewed...I emailed second time a few days b4 Ramazan and they replied your documents have been accepted and wait to be contacted..after that they updated the case on July 10th...so far got dead hopes again cuz they give us a bright light which slowly dies off again

(I know a person from my village he had already given the 2nd oath and the finger prints,its been over 3 months he heard nothing from them)

After 2 years they contacted my hubby in march 2014 n I got my hopes up thinking.finally they might give him a visa but after we submitted the documents they asked for,we heard nothing from them so far...but I'm always praying for every1 who's away from family..I got 2 kids n imagine how hard it.is to raise 2 kids as a single mother

I guess we got to wait again and plus his passportis expiring soon..

Has ur passport.expired during.ur case?

If their income combined meets the requirement then u need her info as well in each step..

Well in USA u have to have a last name but in Pakistan some people don't bother to add a last name,so if u immigrate USA without a last name then the law will give u a last name which is FNU..people would know u don't have a last name that's y fnu was added to ur name<<<its kinda weird tho

I wana ask u a question I been reading ur comments alot n just checked ur timeline u were interviewed in December 2011 since then has the embassy contacted u asking for any kind of,.documents? If u don't mind sharing bcuz my hubby was interviewed in November 2011, I want to know if our cases are on same track..my hubby was asked to submit ds260 with pics,medical n police charter in march 2014 since then no.news from them

I actually went with my hubby during his interview n took my son too..results did came.out in AP but its not bcuz I went with him...2 of.my sisters went.with their hubbys n they were approved...

Its just destiny...( apni apni kismat))

If ur sponsoring some1 then they might ask for last years tax returns..

Having a single name isn't the issue here..I.know a few people in USA that don't have a last name and law adds an FNU as a last name that pretty much means that person dsnt have a last name...

Like for example if ur name is kashif then u would b called kashif FNU..

Bus ap dua karain insha Allah apko jaldi good news mily gi...actually mere husband k case k b 2 sal se ziyada hogyen hain AP main...

Just hope for the best..

I would.take all the pictures of both together and also try to get the records of calls n SMS if were contacting through it and any kind of gifts ,reciepts of the shipments if any..and I don't think the band will matter I mean no1 wears a band anymore so they might not even ask him abt it but they will ask abt the ring...just b honest tell him to be relaxed during the interview n not to panic or anything..Insha Allah everything will go good just pray he dsnt get put in the AP

I wonder y almost a lot of people think Muslims as brutal..abusive..biggest of all terrorists?? To b honest look at the history..<<hitler..3ks..when Africans were slaves in us..and there r many more others to name like the guy who killed his.mother's students that were all aged under 5 years...>>> im not going against anybody nor any country I'm myself a US citizen but its unfair to just point fingers on one specific group..people need to first look at them selfs then point at others..its like tht one kid who gets bullyed from every1 and at the end when he gets tired of it,he either commits a suicide or hurts who bullyed him..obviously u get tired it :/

I guess it all matters on the officers mood then LoL bcuz they put a lot of cases under AP without a reason..my hubbys case under AP over 2 years n still no news from embassy..I got 2 boys comepletly raising them all by my self..but I guess no1 realise's some1s hardship specially when little kids really need their father...

That's very long time...my husbands case is under AP last 33 months he was interviewed in 2011..they contacted him this march asking for new medical,police charter,pics and told him to come for finger prints and oath but on the same day they called again and said there was a miss understanding don't come for the interview just send the documents through American express since then no news from them..was wondering if something like this happened to u during ur case also?

My husband received the same greenish paper and they put his case in AP. Its been over 33 months since his interview. All we can do is pray for all brothers and sisters who's cases are in AP. May Allah Almighty help us all out of this AP and bless us with happy lifes Ameen...
