me and my fiancee got approved in Dec 2014 for a K1 Visa but due to money reasons i never applied for the Visa on the Visa site anyway to reopen the case or do i have to file all over again  

Okay do i have to use the envelope they gave me because it is kind of small

I currently got a RFE saying that i need to provide more info that we met the last two years problem is I am in San Diego and she is from Tijuana so all i did was drive to see her so i do not have any passport stamps but i do have this info

I have a Hotel folio from a recent trip we had it says my middle name though? would it still be good?

I also have ATM receipts from Mexico, I provided Photos in my package a lot of them do i still need to send more photos?

would this be enough any thoughts?

i am just worried because it seems like people have been getting it in 1 day after NOA 1

got my NOA 1 email and text July 24 but my A number has not changed and im in the CSC service center should i be worried?

I am on house arrest for theft just wondering if it will affect anything

Yeah I have a job still and make plenty for the requirements just wondering if it will affect anything since I am in custody right now

I am Currently on House arrest and in custody nothing based on IMBRA so I filled my 129-F and got my NOA1 7/24 i get off house arrest in NOV if i get paroled will me being in house arrest have any affect in the process

did not see anything and i have enough money in there it is just wierd they did not cash it yet

-should i be worried? got the NoA1 today but the check did not get cashed yet

has anyone have any exp of this happening?

36a i put Tijuana as the consulate where she will apply for the Visa will they figure this out or am i suppose to put Juarzez mexico any thoughts i already mailed it
