And congrats for your recent marriage. I meant that my fiancee's birthday is coming soon and would like to surprise her by completing and mailing out the application.

Anyways, I had all the papers tho. Yes, some documents have been already signed by her. I just want a person to review everything with me online via any chat program for just one time, to make sure I did not forget anything. I do not want my application be rejected for any stupid reason. Does that make sense?

I am filling for K1-Visa, and would like to make it as a good birthday present for my fiancee. However, even if I think I am not bad at filling applications and gathering information, will really appreciate if someone here that has already gone through this process before, and can review my documents with me, in case of missing something. I believe that 4 eyes are better than 2. So, can anyone contact me, or give me his/her contact information to review my documents with me online? I would not take too much time. My Finance does not speak English. So, her certifying an intent for marriage within 90 day letter has to be translated into English. I am afraid that will be a concern against the finance visa. Also, I am worried about her interview in the future, and if it be held in Arabic, rather than English.

Any assistance will be so helpful!

I hope my first topic meets you well. I want to fill for K1 Visa. However, I knew my fiancee since March 2012 and met her in person and got engaged May 2013. We waited for more than a year to make sure that we are on the right route. My question here is, she may come to visit me and my family in my home country later this year. It is better to wait until we meet in person again, or gain the time and start preparing and sending the package?
