We were married both in the civil ceremony-and the Catholic church in Tacloban City, Philippines on july 2 , 2005. I applied for a K-3 Spousal visa on july 26. and so far have been asked for information (that was in the packet already) two times. Once for marriage documentation and the other most recent for pictures. Wish I could figure out where the originals went. The USCIS is very frustrating. Terrorists make it in but my family can't.
