My friend who is now Tacoma washington was in similar situation..we got everything and sent to uscis for readdress..pls kindly list the denied or the refusal points for help..thx greatluve..

the reason they embassy sent my case back to the USCIS that me and my wife didnt meet for last 3 years

she lived with me for 5 years and in america for 3 years , she have problem with her back and cant travel .

and sure i cant see her there without visa

my case been sent back to USCIS and 2 days ago my wife got letter from the USCIS about the reason why the embassy refused the visa and they need reply in 30 days .

the day they sent the letter was 17 sep. and my wife got the mail 27 sep .so we dont have that much time to reply

the question is can i send the documents i have to the USCIS and my wife do the same .

or the documents must be into one file ???

the reason iam asking coz it will take time to send my wife the documents i have and then my wife will have to wait to send all together .

As far as I can tell based on VJ the USCIS and DOS (aka consular officer) want proof of a genuine ON GOING marital relationship, not just proof you entered without the purpose to obtain a visa.

u r completely right but the idea is i have all the proofs why they just didnt ask me in the meeting at least i would send it to them

How often did you talk during these three years? Did you show lots of proof of communications (emails, phone bills etc)?

Were you able to answer questions about where your wife lives, who her current friends are, what she works at etc?

Have you tried for a tourist visa or to meet in a third country?

we been talking almost every day on face book and i used to call my wife every 3 days on phone i had all emails since we met each other and the phone bills but they . at the interview i been asked only 3 questions . where was the first time u and ur wife met and when was the last time u seen each other . what the name of the city where ur wife live . and all answer sure was right . he even toke the passport and after 10 days they sent it back with letter say that my case was return to the uscis . but at the interview no body asked me about any proof for the communications . beside we cant meet in third country coz its hard me to get visa . may be more easy for my wife .

my case was sent back to uscias . my wife called the congressman and been told that is because we havnt met for 3 years . we married for 8 years and my wife lived with me in Egypt for 5 years . because of the events in egypt and because wasnt safe my had to go back to usa . and when everything get better here she couldnt come back to Egypt because she have problem with her back and doctor told her its risky for ur back to fly for long time or sit for hours . now iam confused and dont know what to do to proof our relationship if my wife cant come to see me and sure i cant go to see her without visa

i hope and pray i find solution

my interview was at 19 juny and the consul asked me to renew part of my medical test and send it with my pass port by DHL and i sent all together at 26 of jny . when i went to the site to check my case online it says ( administrative processing ) that was the same day of the meeting and till now .

anyway they sent me my pass port back today 9 July with a letter says (

We are writing to inform you that we are forwarding the petition associated with your case to the ( USCIS office that first approved it via the national visa center at the below address . the petition was not approved at post and was returned to the NVC for review ,

i need to know what does it mean and how long it take ??
