Hi all.
I ve some questions regarding the ds 260 form.
1- my primary occupation is student. I am a part time worker too. Should I mention my part time job as a second primary occupation ?
2- I ve been refused access to the USA at a port of entry once but had been accepted another time aftrr that. Is there any specific words to use or to avoid using when I am asked to explain this ( refused access, withdrawal, denial...) and does it harmfully affect my candidature?
3- is the medical exam report required at the interview a proof for the medical vaccination, or should we provide s.t. else as a document to establish?
Thanks and good luck for all.
Processing time for a reentry permit ; Nebraska office
in USCIS Service Centers
Posted
Hi folks.
This is my situation. i am a holder of a green card. i made an application for a Re-entry permit. It has been more than 3 months and two weeks, and i have received no answer yet. (N.B. I did the fingerprints even before i receive the mail for that. Also, now i am outside the US already)
Question : After more than 3 months passed, should i get worried? Your advice: What to do in this case? Thank You in advance.
This is the message i have on uscis check status page (last update October 27th) :
