NOA April 10 2018 CSC
WAC18138
Fingerprint reuse notice: Mid August 2018
18 month Notice: also sometime mid august 2018
N400 was never filed as I am not eligible yet.
Old site was showing that case cant be recognized UNTIL --> March 11 -it showed card is in Production
--> March 15 -IT showed Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service
--> March 16 -received USCIS Approval Letter
--> March 18 -10 years Green card in hands
New Site: still shows case received
I hope this is some good news for April Filers... Hang in there

My application's NOA is April 10.
WAC18138 csc
on the dhs site i see case received although I did receive notice that fingerprint Will be used again back in August.
I also received 18 month extension back in August.
the old USCIS site doesn't recognize my case number.
is this normal not to see fingerprint received/will be reused as a case status and that USCIS old website/ tracker doesn't recognize your case number? I've seen some WACs after me being transferred so was wondering if anyone else on the same boat?

Did anyone notice that the n400 application online recently changed to include a separate section for marriage evidence, evidence of spousal citizenship, and then additional evidence? Before, it was just tax returns and additional evidence, but they've made it more clear now!
I started my application and saved it until the due date to submit.
I see for attachment is : copy of GC, copy of marriage certificate, copy of 3 year taxes and copy of birth cert for kids.
I dont see however evidence of spousal citizenship nor I see a dedicated section for "marriage evidence"

Did you guys notice that CSC processing time is now 15 to 19.5 months? It was way more earlier.... Any idea if they are now processing applications faster? which 2018 applications are they now processing ?
-
In the contrary, I have been reading that the process is independent. Some got their 10 yr GC and the agent told them during their interview that their n400 is still in process and that they should hear back in 8 months.
I think I will still apply my n400 when its due in April.

It is a possibility but doesn't always happen. It's just not worth the risk when you don't need it. If you have the NOA then you will be fine, you may get asked an extra question or two when boarding to come back to the USA but once you land here there will be no difference to how your entered before.

I just went to Uscis office in San Jose yesterday, I walked in without any appointment and asked for a stamp. If u have a emergency traveling plan, they will stamp ur passport. My green card expires end of July, so they returned it back to me. It was very smooth.
Here is an update from my infopass today:
GC expired last month... I do have the extension letter.
Went to Inofpass to get a stamp on my passport as I travel a lot outside the US for work and I simply dont feel comfortable with just the NOA...
Agent smoothly gave me the stamp valid for a year and no he did NOT take my GC, however he did do a tiny cut at the top corner. He told me to carry the GC along with the stamp in airports. He also gave me back my NOA.
Documents I took for my pass : GC, Extension letter, and passport.

To those who received the biometric waiver, did you notice that the WAC number is the same as the NOA-1 which still uscis website does not recognize as a valid case number?!
-
Got a letter from USCIS saying that no biometrics is needed. fees wont be refunded though
-
Here is a tip for everyone.
1. Go renew your driving License BEFORE your GC expired.. renewed my DL with 2 months remaining on my GC no issues and they did NOT ask for the NOA ( although I had it just in case). DL was renewed for 5 years.
2. if you haven't(which was my case until last week), go to the SSN and ask them remove "only authorized to remove with DHS approval" by presenting your GC. No questions asked.
Hope this helps

any news from June 2015 Denver Filers??
-
Hey Dan,
I didn't get potential interview waiver notice. I got that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview since July 9 and still its not yet scheduled! Filed for another EAD as mine will also expire soon
-
Hi Lori. I have applied on June 9 2015 and case was ready to be scheduled for interview since July 9 2015 and I am still waiting.
Denver Office is absolutely slow in processing so you have to expect a wait of 1 year
-
Hi Denver filers? Any news about your interview? I am still waiting since June 9 my noa1 and case ready to be scheduled for interview since July 10
-
You should hear from them first or second week of May. My priority date is May 4th, 2015 and they scheduled my interview for May 11th, 2016. The process is taking exactly a year in Colorado.
Thanks for the reply! Did you renew your EAD before receiving the notice? I just want to know and be on the safe side
-
Any updates for the Denver guys still waiting?
I filed on June 14 2015 and waiting to be scheduled for interview since July 9 2015... Any idea when should I be hearing from them?
-
Thanks @OlenkaKyiv !! How did you know they are processing March filers?
-
any news for the June filers who are still waiting like me?
-
I am an early June filer and still waiting
-
Do an infopass, it often helps move things along even if at the infopass they tell you nothing is happening. Do you already have at least the EAD?
Yes I have the EAD but since I started working its almost impossible to have an infopass.
Did you notice anything with infopass?

So any guys here are in Denver ? I-485 is taking around 11 months till interview date ?!
