  1. This post is my last resort, i tried searching with no luck.

my fiancee has her interview in 2 days. I sent her a binder with a copy of her i129f, noa2, along with her interview required papers. The paystubs i sent are from december. Is that recent or do they want a paystub from lastweek?

Is there anyone thats willing to tell me about their recent interview? I would greatly appreciate it.

  2. Lopezma, either your congressional office erred or USCIS did. Basically that letter is saying you were approved and they sent you your NOA2. They then give yoy instructions on how to get another copy. You need to contact your congressional office to make it clear you got the approval, but nvc hasn't and needs to get it.

Thanks. I got 2 more letters from my congresswomans office. Did yours look anything like this? I hope this is it for me. 10-15 days more.

  3. My fiance contacted his congresswoman this morning. USCIS, which created a service request two weeks ago to resend our case to NVC, is now claiming all wait times have doubled, thanks to the new executive order on immigration or whatever the #### your president is doing.

I emailed NVC Research three weeks ago and have yet to hear anything back, by the way.

    Updates as they come ...

I just contacted my congresswomans office, filled out the privacy release / intake sheet. I hope it helps

I also called uscis , they said that my case was probably forwarded, and that the nvc didnt know that they had it. Hmm then the sir changes his story that my case is not in his system at all. Anyway i got a service ticket opened. My nvcresearch email was sent last Friday

It looks like you're ahead of me. I'll update you if i hear anything..

  4. What is the total income you reported - what does your tax transcript show as your total gross income?

Do you need to support for anyone else in the US?

    Do you have other assets/investments?

Do you have any saving amount?

    i reported 34k , my '14 tax return shows 24k.

    I'm not supporting anyone

    none

yes. i have prepared all of my papers from my bank.

    still wondering if i need a co-sponsor..

  5. Hello! i tried searching for this in the forums but i've had no luck.

I was discharged from the service in June of this year. I am now employed at Target as a warehouse worker; however, it is a seasonal position and i will be laid off in December. My question is, Do i need a co-sponsor?

I spoke to an immigration consultant , he said that i do not, because i was in the military , and that being a seasonal worker does not matter, all i have to do is show my pay stubs and my tax returns

any feedback is welcome! Thank you
