Well I have not had an interview, the letter just says approval, maybe I receive another letter to interview I do not know

Hi guys, today I received a letter from USCIS where it says: Case type 1485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Notice type Approval notice. I have recived nothing text, and email can not even access my cases that remains in error, the good news came in the mail and on saturday.

God is in control, just trust all will be alright

2 letters, one for me and one for my daughter. I am very happy and want to share with you.

I too am an April filer, and had my biometrics appointment today in Manhattan.

I am a little worried because I came home with my form I-797C (the appointment letter), which they signed and stamped.

Was someone at the office supposed to keep that form, or is it okay that I left with it?

I also have mine, believe it is not a problem.

Minha Conta diz que a sua foi bloqueada a respectiva duração duas razões 1.long de inatividade que não é possível que eu verificá-lo todos os dias 2. várias tentativas incorretas. My incredible story

I'm actually laughing my ### out today

they called me in the morning and told me that my package was rejected on April 6 and sent back to me and they told me to check with my local post office.

I went to the post office and they told me that THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO cause I don't have the tracking number

I called back to uscis

the girl told me that they usually don't have tracking number for packages that don't have important docs like GC or EAD/AP

but still they called me back from tier 2

i yelled at the officer

and he told me that it was rejected due to the faxt that I hadn't signature on one of my forms.

(I checked the scanned docs that I resubmitted - everything is fine, signatures are where they should be, but whatever)

I asked whether I could resubmit my docs without medical examination as long as I don't have this sealed envelope anymore

They told me that i still have to submit med exam docs eventually (which is fine, I called the medical office I had the exam at and they told me they'll print a copy for me)

and also I asked about the check, whether it may be for $1070 or it should be two separate checks for $985 and $85. he said $1070.

so I'll resubmit my docs tomorrow or the day after tomorrow and I will have several questions for you soon when I check all my properly SIGNED docs.

and will join May fillers, but I won't leave you guys, you are soooo nice

I'm totally sad about this event. Please no be discouraged, remember that you gave me the greatest support form to I-765 my daughter was rejected and you told me to resubmit, because this, today she received email telling that her application has been accepted and we do not pay for it. I did as you directed me and it all worked. Believe will all right to you too. God is in control my friend.
