I called the phil usem and told me that it was because her visa is under the new system where all her files are in the system already. So she shouldn’t be worried right? Because I am.😆

Has anyone here entered the US without the yellow packet and visa summary sheet? Or haven’t received one? My parents received their visas. Dad has a packet, Mom doesn’t

have. The people from CFO/PDOS were insisting that they should have it.

My parents’s visa was issued today. I have questions:

1. Do they need to do the CFO seminar?

2. How much do they need to pay in NAIA before leaving? Or the terminal fee?

3. What else do we need to expect?

I petitioned my mom and dad to go here in the US. They were done with their medical exams. Mom’s results were good. Unfortunately, my Dad’s x-ray wasn’t good and needed to do the sputum test. My questions are:

1. Would it really take 2 months for the result to be out?

2. His sputum test is until November 23. Do you think I would reschedule their interview in January 25? Or is it too soon?

1— Part 3. Information About the Immigrants You Are Sponsoring. Does the only one to check is the box # 1? 

2— Under it are list of family members. Do I need to include my mom under Family Member 1?

3— Part 3. Information About the Immigrants You are Sponsoring. Do I have to enter 1 or 2?

4— I am unemployed and filing taxes jointly with my husband. On Part 6. Sponsor’s Employment and Income. Do I have to write “0” for current individual annual income?

i just want to ask, I already paid the Visa Fee and the AOS for my parents’. I have some questions:

-I am not working and will use my husband’s income. Which do I choose? Add a joint sponsor or add a household member? We file taxes together.

-What other documents do I need for the AOS?

-What documents do my parents needed?

-Any additional information?
