Just submitted the DS160 my case is already at the embassy in Jamaica says I now have to pay the fees to the embassy how would i do this?

I need to pay the fees but its saying any fees you have you must pay it to the embassy is this true and what site do I go on?

• S = Sequence number of the day (if you were the second approval scanned, your code would be 002)

Once I received the letter from NVC and had the case number, I actually emailed the embassy and requested that they send Packet 3 via email. Put your case number in the subject line. The postal service in Jamaica is very slow and we didn't want to have to wait for delivery. Within 24 hours the embassy had emailed me back with all the instructions and steps. I would email Havana and just see what happens..
