Well at the very least you can be sure they're working through the transfers, so nightmare scenarios of them being treated as August CSC aren't coming to pass.

The second transfer mail I got was the 19th, and then approval on the 26th. Given that timeframe I expect all transfers will be done in the next week or two.

Hopefully TSC will be mostly through March by then too, because while I'm obviously grateful that I've been lucky I do feel for those still waiting with no news.

Was transferred and just got noa2. On my phone so excuse the lack of details, transferred on the 11th august, beneficiary in the uk

NOA1 of 18th April, transferred (somewhere) 11th August. It actually updated in the last few minutes (it's 18:45 in the UK right now), so they're still going through them.

Might get there for Christmas after all...

USCIS is funded mainly by fees, so I feel entirely justified in saying they should be accountable to those who pay the fees.

If it was primarily funded, rather than supplemented, by the government then I might feel different. Very little infuriates me more than government agencies being allowed to get the best out of capitalism without having to play by capitalist rules. But I suppose that is a huge rant and this isn't the place for it.
