Congrats!! Your last scan date was it for IV? What's your scan date for AOS?
I sent both (IV and AOS) in the same package on Sept 26th

Case complete (last scan date: Sept 26th!!!!) No checklist. Thank you heavenly Father!!!
Will call NVC later today just to make sure!
Good luck to you all. You're in my prayers.

Good luck everyone. Hopefully we get our CC this month. This is so hard though, starting to think my hubby being here for thanksgiving is a big no. Hopefully christmas/new year tho.
Praying for you all.

Cases arriving at NVC lately seem to be moving along fast. At least as far as paying fees and sending in packets.
Good to hear
Just alittle longer then. Hopefully this is all behind us all for thanksgiving

Check out my signature for some info on what you seek.
OK thanks. Takes so long! Would think that it would be easier for them to let both the IV and AOS fees become available at the same time. Anyway, let me not tell them how to do their job. *Sigh*
This wait is torture!

How long did it take you guys to receive the IV bill and DS260?

Hi VJ family. I have a question. Are we suppose to submit both petitioner aos+ tax docs and applicants supporting documents in the same package? Are they no longer 2 seperate paths anymore?
-
Got accepted today *happy dance* March filers yours will be a aproved soon. Now NVC let's do this! Hopefully our spouses will be here by thanksgiving (a little extra something to be thankful for).

I'm missing a good chunk of my only son's third year of life, so I hear you.
Then again...when we filed the projection was 5+ months to NOA2 at the NSC. I hoped to get lucky or have the pace pick up or some such unlikely event, but I've always kept that Aug/Sept target in my head to keep some perspective.
I don't let myself log in to USCIS more than once per week. I work a lot, exercise, and Skype with my wife and kid whenever possible. I try to enjoy the things I can do that I won't be able/won't want to do as much once my family is here, like sneak out for twilight golf, go for really long bike rides, or go out with colleagues after work and stay late if it's fun. I build stuff for my son's room, and have my wife scour Craigslist for furniture she likes.
That's about all i got.
Hang in there.
I saw your timeline say 2013 and almost begun hyperventilating vj error I guess. Thanks for the words of encouragement. One way or another we are almost there.

Oh my gentle heavens!!!! I am dying here!!! This wait is the worst form of torture in the history of EVER!!! I am loosing patience! How are you guys staying cool during this wait? We are with Nebraska. Feeling like they aren't moving tho. I've been looking at their timeline (by looking I mean stalking daily since I mailed in the I130) and its been going back and forth between December and January for atleast a month. I need my hubby RIGHT NOW!!! Nebraska why are you torturing me so????

This is nerve wracking. Up to yesterday I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. BigO's prediction for me was pretty on point.
Just spoke to NVC and for those people with CC in November odds are you will have interviews scheduled within the month of December. According to the rep, they are wrapping up interview dates for Dec right and have not started scheduling for January. It all depends, of course, embassy availability dates
