Hello,

We received our NOA2 on January 7 and our NVC case became ready on January 27th. Does anyone have a general idea of how long it will take to receive packet 3 and an interview date?

I know it varies from embassy to embassy, so I was hoping some folks with experience dealing with the Tunis embassy could give their input.

I've called the NVC and the embassy several times, and receive the same run-around every time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I don't know if this will help or not, but I did submit an email to the ombudsman of CIS earlier this morning requesting a look into my case, and late tonight I received my approval.

Most likely a coincidence, but you never know. I sent the email to cisombudsman@hq.dhs.gov and used my case number as the subject line. I really hope this helps, guys.

Bastards just sent me an RFE. Ugh. I just want to cry and cry.

Quick question if you don't mind: did you receive the RFE in the mail with no update on the USCIS website's case status?
