WE GOT APPROVED !!!!!!! PD Jan 2.

I also contacted the senator, and was told by him that we were in security checks and they would try back in a month. But now there is no need, as we recieved the email last night!

Finally got our NOA2 after 10 months! I am so excited and can't wait to see my husband this Thanksgiving when he visits

Yes we're still here we made 2 request already and talk to tier 2 but still waiting until now its been 9 months in vermont so frustrating but we have to be positive about it dont worry we'll hear good news soon

I have made service requests and even went to my infopass appointment but not much help. I heard some good news about contacting the senator and so I decided to e-mail the senator's office today. I don't know how it will go but surely it's a try and hopefully it's better than doing nothing. Let's have hope that this month will be our month!

Congratulations! We are still waiting for our approval and it is good to know that we are getting approvals! Hopefully there will be more approvals

This is getting depressing.. I see others getting approved and they filed later than myself..

Let's all hang in there. I know my husband and I have been arguing a bit lately but we both know that there is nothing we can do to speed up the process. I have an Info pass scheduled on Aug 13. Hope they can give me some answers.. I know we're all frustrated but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully our cases will be approved soon!

InfoPass experience for me was not good at all. You can try your luck may be you get some one good.

But they give least possible information. I believe that's how they earn Pay Raise Points.

This wait is just horrible. You would think that they would start approving some of our I-130's.

The waiting period is very hard especially when we're newlyweds and haven't seen each other in 7 months.

I have gotten the same response on our case being in additional review. I am at the Nebraska Service Center PD January 16 2014 and am waiting for NOA2. I hope we all hear some good news soon!

Am a December filer and my case is also in additional review. There is nothing we can do about it but wait and hope for the best. good luck everyone

Hi All,

My husband and I filed the I-130 in January 2014 and still haven't gotten approved yet.

I sent a message along to the USCIS about processing times and they said our case was under additional review.

Does anyone know about this additional review as we haven't received RFE notices either.

FYI I am a USC and filed for my husband. We have only been married 7 months and haven't seen each other in about 6 months.

I know all of you are going through the same problems we are having. I just didn't know why our case had to be under additional review and that processing could take longer. I guess that's how the system works.

Any input would be appreciated~
