Just out of curiosity which comes first RFE or the Biometric Schedule? This is for any type of process just curious. Is Biometrics a guarantee that you will not receive an RFE?

I received two letters from the 1st one saying my GC is extended and the 2nd is Biometric Schedule on the biometric it has Application Number and Application number 2. I tried using the 1st application number to check my status there's nothing showing, only the Application Number 2 that shows my case status so I opted on using the 2nd.

Hi Everyone,

I just filed for my I-751 and received my Biometric Schedule yey! We moved to a new place I am trying to change my address online but for some reason even if I choose I751 form the system won't accept it a pop message will appear "You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number."  My receipt says CRI89 but I can't find I89 on the list. What's the best course of action should I do? should I just mail AR-11 instead?

Just an update:

So I'm almost done with my papers just waiting few papers...we really did try our best to get those bank statement but it fail. I am wondering if they will question us since we don't have a current lease together (some problem w/ his credit) and bank statements. But we have the rest insurances and 401K. Will I received RFE cuz of that?

we do have 401K, health insurance and other important documents I'm just worried about the bank and the lease. And yes I will have our driver license change. I did told him that long ago but he doesn't want to ughh. Now he has too

Need some inputs and suggestions please  

I will soon need to file my removal of condition so I'm gathering requirements. I'm missing some very important documents:

1. APARTMENT LEASE - We only have one apartment lease that our names are both there, something happened and we have to move out. On our current apartment lease is only in my name because of some circumstances we are not able to get one if we apply together. 

2. JOINT ACCOUNT - we used to have a joint account but we faced financial struggle that ended up the bank where our car was loan took the car and freeze our account. After that, we didn't open an account together to be safe.

Is writing a letter explaining the reason of why we don't have those and have it notarized enough? We have other documents like car insurance and health insurance both on our names. Our new car is only under his name and phone, electric and internet bills although not both on our names but in the same address.

I see...and Yes during my medical examination I wasn't told about asking for a waiver or something, the Doctor from the Physical Exam just forwarded me to the in-house cardiologist, and I got a GO from her. Thanks for the info Ian

I got my Visa already with annotation MED: Class B its because I have RHD (Rheumatic Heart Disease) and under medication since I was diagnosed 17years ago I just want to know what will I need to present at the POE or do they need something from me so I can have it ready and to avoid delays at the Immigration desk. And will I have some issues at the Immigration cause I have that Annotation?

Thank you all...I want to drop Maria not because I don't like it, its just that my WHANDA might become my middle name that's what I don't like, I wanted to use my father's last name as my middle. But since dropping Maria might not be possible I'll keep it then

I just wanna ask I have two names Maria Whanda, but I was thinking of dropping MARIA when I get to the US when is the best time to do it? When I apply for the SSN 2weeks after I arrive in the US or when I change my name to my Married name? Can I apply for an SSN with just the name WHANDA? what are the necessary documents I need since all my credential is named MARIA WHANDA.

We got an RFE for his Divorce Decree...but the thing is we already send it when we file our I-129F we got confused why they asked us for the divorce paper when we already send it, is it possible that they lost the copy we sent them? It just annoying and it delays our petition because of a document we already hand over in the first place.
