Hola!! yo soy nueva en este foro y tengo una pregunta, necesito cambiar mi licencia de conduccion y en el runt y el simit en colombia me dicen que ellos no expiden ningun certificado donde dice que no tengo multas, dicen que lo unico que me sirve es lo que aparece en la pagina web cuando consulto con mi cedula, depronto has hecho este tramite en california??

i personally didn't send the bank evidence when i filed for the adjust status. I sent only the I-864 form and the tax transcript of 2011,2012 and 2013. i didn't send the employment letter too. But I think if you want to send the bank evidence you could send what you use in K1 but i would include the latest evidence.

Hola! This is my first post, im excited for all those incredible stories i read here, and im living it right now too

Im adjusting my status from K1 to permanent resident and i have one doubt about the papers,

I recive the K1 visa in Colombia, and travel the week after i recive it, so the question is>

can we use the same form I 864 affidavit support with the bank evidence that we used for the k1?

since i travel inmediatly after i recive the visa, the support is very recent, but i dont know if is better to ask again for the bank statements and make a new form...

would really apreciate your help,
