you can apply the visa with hotel reservation, bcz ur husband not algerian citizen, it take 2 week for you to get the visa , good luck

Salam ,At the NVC stage ,you can to give them his email address ,so the nvc will give the embassy all the informations about both of you ,for that i said don't worry for that , everything will be easy for you Inshallah , just be patient,good luck ......

I called this morning and asked if our case has been reviewed; the representative said that it has not. I confirmed if the DS 260 was listed as completed thankfully it was.

We submitted our DS-260 on 4/21/15 (Day After they Received our papers)

Tomorrow then when I call I will ask if our papers have been reviewed and where's my CC lol

When did you start collecting your documents (Marriage certificate , conduct certificate .... ) ?

i got approved on 16 april and i was wondering if i should began collecting NVC Document needed ?

Salam Alaikume,Not yet ,after nvc got your package from uscis, they will give you case number and Invoice Identification Number,

After that you can send your papers to your wife , bcz the court and prison record valid just 3 months

Do i have to submit new I-864 for both the petitioner and co-sponsor ?

note. the petitioner did not submit tax transcript for 2011,2012,2013 or any financial evidence. we submit an explanation why she did not fill her tax for those years.

Here are two frequently asked questions and my answers in regards to tax season:

Do I have to file 2014 taxes before I can fill out the I-864 form?

No. Up until April 15th, 2015 (tax deadline), you can still use 2013 as the most recent tax year. If for whatever reason you want to use 2014 as the most recent year instead (due to whatever reason), then yes, you can use 2014 as the most recent year as well. Both are valid options.

Keep in mind though: if you submit 2013 tax information as the most recent year and your interview is scheduled after April 15th, then 2014 tax information will likely be required at the interview.
