Hi there, if your fiancé has legal documents in NZ, I'm pretty sure he can be interviewed in NZ, because all they will ask him is legal documents of NZ. I had my aunt who had that same experience and she was asked any legal document, she was in Canada at the time. And she only sent them her work permit. So he's good there.

I just want them to see at least that I am there and I want him to be approved. I hope it works.

Hi, my fiancé and I were approved since April and now we're going to be interviewed next month. We are all scared about that day. I live in the US and he is in Africa, but we don't have any of the picture that we are together. And we mentioned that in the statement when we sent our I 129F. But I went to visit him last winter, so I gave those tickets as the only proof we have. And now I see like everyone is sending their pictures or being asked with the officer at the day of interview. I now planned to leave for Africa so we can all be together at that day. Do you think that will be a problem?
