My lawyer contact USCIS Customer Service on June 13, 2014. At that time, they told her that the Texas Service Center was working on cases they received on December 3, 2013. Because my case was received on December 16, 2013, they said to call back in two weeks or a month (if we haven’t heard anything by that time).
