Thank you! The letter does not mention an exact date but just says that the status is extended by 1 year. So, I will use the date on my green card and 1 year to it.
Did you have any problem when you traveled? I am in the same situation. Did you end up changing the date on eTA form?

My First reply in VS after following for many months.
Anyway, I got my CC on January 5th and still waiting for interview date.
A question though...While trying to print my DS -261 confirmation page, I was clicking around and now MY DS 261 has stated INCOMPLETE.
I am so confused now. Should I just go ahead and resubmit it or should i just let it me? And won't resubmitting will change my submission date or it won't matter at this point as my case has been Complete...I feel stupid...I think I was too excited
Same thing happen to me, I resubmitted it.

Hey everyone, We have our interview scheduled for the Feb 4, 2015. On the interview letter, it says to bring sponsor's tax returns. We already provided NVC that. Why would they request it again? and I also have a co-sponsor, so do I provide the co-sponsor's tax returns too. Please advice.
-
Thanks for the info. My case was completed on Dec 13 too.
-
Thanks!!! Would you know how long they take to schedule interviews?
-
So I called NVC, our case is complete?. Now we are just waiting for the interview to be scheduled.
-
When it changes usually it does mean you have a case complete. If you see it call NVC to verify.
Thanks!!! I am calling NVC today.

When was your scan date?
I have no idea. I was never given the scan date.
Yes it changed from PAID to N/A at CC, then from N/A to Paid after interview scheduling and shipping it off.
So that means our case is complete?
-
If my docs were not scanned I don't know if I would be worried, but I would be very angry because that's lengthening your time. Call and keep calling them. Inquire from them why they have not scanned your docs.
My AOS fee changed from Paid to N/a, after researching I learned that it changed because our case is completed. But Im calling NVC tomorrow to make sure. Did that happen to you? Did your fee status change on ceac website?

My RFE stated that I need to submit a copy of original marriage certificate & along with copy of English translated of the marriage certificate. I am confused now because my marriage certificate is already in English so I submitted a copy of thT. I'm speaking with a lawyer tomorrow
I sent in my AOS about two months ago and the IV package about a month ago. My packages were never scanned, should I be worried? Please help.

I also need help with DS260. My husband already submitted DS 260, but after submitting he realized he made a mistake. Can he correct it after its been submitted? What should we do? Please help. The question that he messed up on is "Have you lived anywhere else after the age of 16?" He answered "No" when it should have been "Yes". Please help.

April 10th here and no NOA 2 to date. We're being processed through Vermont and not transferred... yet. We're hoping we don't surpass September

How much time does the national visa processing center takes?
-
Ok thanks alot.
what documents are requested as RFE?
-
Don't sweat over the 3 months since your NOA1, like I said the average waiting time is 5 months so you are in the aimed waiting time. As for your husband spending to much time in England I really wouldn't worry about that either. USA wont talk to England, that doesn't concern them. Dont lose sleep over that! But wait... are you applying for IR-1/CR-1 ? I see in your signature that you filled for a naturalization?
Ok thanks alot.

England Visa? I really doubt USA would talk to a third party like a country other than for a national security issue. Your husband is Indian? then I wouldn't worry about England. When you say day of acceptance you mean NOA1? the average waiting time is 5 months (usually, some got lucky ) so 3 months is in the target time. Been 2 months here and it seems it's an eternity...
Yes, he is an Indian. By acceptance letter I meant NOA1. I am very nervous about this.

I don't know if you would be able to help me with this, but I applied for my husband in March who is in India right now. It will be 3 months tomorrow from the day of acceptance. And I don't have the approval letter yet, is this something to be worried about or is that how long they take to process the application? And also my husband overstayed his England visa by about 5 months, will that somehow affect our case? I am really worried and loosing sleep over this, please help. Thanks in advance.
