December 14, 2015- EAD/AP received

December 19, 2015- RFE form I-693 to be completed

December 29, 2015- Medical mailed

December 31, 2015- Medical delivered and signed for

January 4, 2016- Form I-485 Approved

January 6, 2016- Received email/Text message of form I-485 approval

Hi guys I sent my package on 09/22 delivered and receipt signed by USCIS on 09/23 till today no text or email... how long does it usually take to receive at least a text?

I sent my package 9/22 and it was signed by USCIS on 9/23. I just received a text/email few minutes ago. I guess you are just few minutes away from receiving a text/email.

I called NVC this evening and got my case number.

Case forwarded to NVC: 3/2/2015 (email & text from USCIS)

Case Number Received: 3/12/2015

FINALLY APPROVED....

NOA2 Jan 23

The wait time must have been difficult; however, we are still hanging in there stronger (with encouraging words from our love ones and VJ members). Don't give up!!!

Hello…I received the NOA1 text and e-mail 6/24/14; I got back home to see the proof of meeting over the past 2 years was returned to me (pictures). A letter was attached to it stating "we are returning an item(s) you sent in support of your application/petition as it is a format we cannot place in your file folder for review by an officer during the adjudication process”. The pictures were dated with locations and names in a photo paper (like a photo book).

I have taken the pictures of the photo book and wrote the date, location and names on the back of each picture. I’m trying to avoid any delays (RFE). Do I send the pictures back to the address shown on the NOA1 letter I received or just wait till they ask for it or take the pictures in during the interview?
Your opinion(s) will be appreciated.
