If any one have idea please share with me.

I am a Sri Lankan residence from Colombo. My entry has been selected. I have one issue related to the police certificate.

I have worked in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2003 - 2008. Tried to find a location and information for get this certificate,

Appreciate if you could share some information to get Police Report from Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

You can request the police report from Saudi Arabia High commission of Sri Lanka - Colombo. Police report valid only for 6 months. What is your CN? You try to request just before 4 month from you case being current.

Don't worry you will probably receive it this month to be interviewed in Nov. You are not alone. Many people were current for Oct. but didn't receive an interview date. That's probably KCC did not manage to process the forms on time .

Yes your are right, because of the DV2014 load they could not manage to process the DS260 for every one. That is the reason they have slow down November. You may get interview end of OCT or Nov.

Nothing to worry you will be alright. Prepare all other documents for interview.

It wont be a problem, you can use the passport what ever matching with your original application name.

Yes, each region has a cutoff for each month. AS is 2500 for OCT, and 2950 for Nov Which mean all the CN below 2500 will be interviewed OCT and 2500-2950 will be interviewed NOV.

BUT if you submit your DS260 late then you need to wait till they validate and schedule the interview.

You are current for OCT, so your interview will in OCT 2014.

I changed my passport for job description, shall I ask kcc to reopen the ds 260 for me? Or i just take with me my old passport??

I dont think it is problem, but still you can change your passport detail, so you can request kcc to re-open your case.

The numbers are totally unrelated even if the same. Each region has their own series of numbers that start from 1 and go up. They each have their own quota of visas to give out. They are separate.

There are no extra charges only visa charges are applicable, that can pay only in the embassy at the time of your interview.

Hi I would like to know what is the last date of submission of DS-260 for DV2015?

As I read earlier post says "before end of fiscal year" and I have no idea when US fiscal year ended

Could you please guide me?

Should be before 30th Sep 2015. but keep in mind you should have some time to stamp your visa. therefore I would say 30th Aug 2015.

My CN is 2014EU36xxx so I just got my email with the interview date (6th of August).

We have some serious concerns and I spent long hours to find answer to them, so after all, I really interested in your professional opinion.

I'm the main applicant and my husband and my 6 years old daughter would travel with me.

Me and my husband overstayed our tourist visa in US 10 years ago. We were there from march 2001 to December 2003, which is triggered a 10 years ban.

For 3 years we lived and worked (without legal papers) in the US, but payed taxes, lived there as regular people without any problem. Then we decided to come home (to Hungary), so we have left (not deported, never had any problem with any kind of authorities).

Than we applied for DV in 2012 October (our 10 years ban hasn't expired yet). When we checked the website on 1st of May we where extremely happy. We figured not to send the forms to KCC yet, so we only mailed them (DS-230 and DSP-122) in 2014 January when our ban is expired 4 weeks ago.

So I'm really interested if there is any chance to get the visas? I checked and we don't have any hard proof for traveling back home in 2003 December, It was 10 years ago! (except some videos what we made on the plane and on the airports).

I dont know, that, the fact itself we got our interview appointment means anything? I mean they did they background check in Kentucky and they decided our ban is doesn't count anymore and we ore OK for interview or they send the date to everyone who files all the papers properly?

I think you wont be having any issue, you are fine. The time they are going stamp your records are cleared from ban. So, no ban presently. You get your visa.

I filled in some parts of DS-260 forms online but in the middle of it, i found out that the green card holders cannot stay out of US for long.

I have some commitments in my hometown and plan to get married end of this year.

So i think i got cold feet and dont want to proceed with application any further.

Help me how to withdraw? The status now is "Incomplete" .

You dont need to do any thing if you dont want apply please leave it incomplete, so you dont get any call for interview. Leave for few month later you may re process if you want.
