I just mailed my I-129 F packet. I am marrying a woman from the Philippines. We are both nervous because we are not sure what we are doing. I followed the step by step instructions, several times. My Fiancee wants to know her requirements or what she is required to do on her end. I have no clue. Any help would be much appreciates. Thanks so much. John
Abandonment of I 485
in Working & Traveling During US Immigration

My wife is scheduled to leave the US on 9/28/15 due to financial hardship and pending case in PI. We have tried to expedite her I-485 and submitted expedited I-131. What happens if she leaves without either of these? She thought she saw on this website where she would have to wait 3-10 years to re-enter and apply for new visa. Is this true?
