Just got email/text, .. case updated to testing and interview. pheww, finally!.. I was starting to get really axious as my case status had been on rfe response review since Aug 5th. Had to send in new I-864 from another joint sponsor.

Recived biometric apointment letter in the mail this afternoon. Appointment is on july 9th.

I wonder if an early walk-in biometric affects the application in any way. I have yet to see a single case on VJ were it did affect EAD or interviewe appointment date.

just got text on acceptance too.. I sent in i-130, i-485 and i-765 on 11th and delivered on the 12th at 7.30am.

The income on his W-2 is past income, what he made last year. What is his current income? What he makes weekly times 52 weeks, or bi-weekly times 26 weeks, based on his current pay. Based on his past income, he makes enough for a household of 3, so if his current income is the same or more, then yes, he qualifies.

His spouse does not want to file the I-864A to go along with his I-864? If his spouse filed the I-864A as his household member, then they together have no problem providing the joint sponsorship.

his current income is the same as last year. No spouse is not providing a i-864A, just him.

joint sponsor has a spouse... household size is 2. Plus me make household size 3 for the purpose of showing surpport. However, my joint sponsor's house hold income(including his spouse's, as they filed tax jointly) is $54,000 out of which 30,700 is attributed to him as shown by his W-2.

I was wandering if my joint sponsor meets the income requirement.

Income for 2013 on tax transcript is $30,700. how ever income from previous 2yrs are below poverty guidline.

will this affect my AOS application? I'm quite concerned as income from 2nd and 3rd previous year are very well under the poverty guideline.

please kindly advice...
