When it's saying READY.. it means that the NVC doesn't have it anymore and it's actually at the embassy already. You can call them to confirm.. Probably they will send u soon the informations for u to schedule the interview.

SO just a heads up.

As I said.. yesterday called NVC and the lady told me that our case is still at them...I checked the CEAC status and it said at NVC...

I've checked it today and it says ready, meaning it reached the embassy (today actually)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... My status never changed to "in transit"....so the people there aren't doing the best job at updating the site.

So anyday now I will receive the yellow envelope. ... Totally unexpected to be this soon..

Called today... I had to redial a few times and after 20 mins on hold I got through. The lady was very nice and she she told me that our case has reached NVC and we already have a case number and they will mail our file to the embassy in Bucharest as soon as possible.

I was almost not able to wish her a "Good day!" cause I was chocking with my own tears.

Do we need the original hard copy of NOA2 for the interview?

We just got approved!!!! So, so, so, so happy!!!

My fiance left 3 days ago... So I totally know how you feel, my heart left with him... but in the same time, the trip really pumped me up. This is the last time I will see him till I am going to be there with him.

Soon I will change my whole life, every aspect of it. I am leaving my parents,my band, my surroundings, my language, my culture and even my continent.

That's sooooo exciting. His visit was so amazing, another peak in what will be an amazing life.

Focus on that feeling and you will feel a lot better.

We've been transferred and transferred people are accepted every each day. Things are moving slow, but they are moving so much faster than a few months ago.

We will be accepted soon, it is a fact. Tomorrow, next week, in 3 weeks .... that's not that long...and from that point, it usually takes from 1 month and a half to two months till you have the visa in your hands. We will be out of this backlog who f**ked with our lives.

I'm so excited!

That is your estimated date of approval of your if-129f petition, based on all timelines. .... estimated by visajourney not by USCIS .

We've just been transferred, so it doesn't really apply to us to us anymore. If the time from NOA1 and NOA2 would be more constant, the estimated date would be more accurate, but USCIS gets backlogged a lot.

First of all, I am Cristina and I am Romanian, I can understand Spanish but I can't speak it. ..that's why I chose to reply to your first post regarding the signature ticker in English.

Second of all, I dont think you should take personally, I dont know what the translation said, but my post wasnt offensive to you or anyone else. It also wasn't directed towards you .Your post was quoted because i was expressing my shock towards the possibility our case to be affected by it after all we have been through lately. Doesn't seem to have any relevance any more. Every file has it's own journey through the jungles of USCIS....We are just spectators, waiting for the best. The worst thing for me, personally. is the lack of communication between the institution and the petitioners. Not knowing where are you at... but I made my peace with it in a way because it's just not up to me..

But I'm so happy to see files getting approved, cause I know sooner or later, one blessed day, it will be me... I just really hope it's going to be sooner or at least 5 months as they initially promised.

I have mixed feelings about this transfer.. From what I can see on Igor's list, starting with June, California really slowed down with their own approvals and their processing time got longer... It's August now.

I really do hope they will speed up. :-/

We dont even know if we have been transferred to CSC ...they might have Nebraska or Vermont processing files.

We will all find out in a week or two what's happening with us.

Yep.. woke up to my second notice about the "local office" starting with 11th.

Yeah, thats a good point of view... much better than wishing other people a longer time of waiting, just cause the system is (imma censor myself)-ed up. The most revolting thing is that we have to go through all this process just to get a chance to be with the one we love.... two people, in love, who just wanna be together, get married and have babies .... We should just be able to do it, we shouldn't wait, we shouldn't pay fees.

But we aren't living in a free world. and the system could not have more flaws. I don't care who gets accepted first, I just want to have my chance to happiness together with the one in love. I really hope this process will get more fair, because we are all TSC fillers and we have all been through the same amount of stress.

I just wish all of you the chance to you happiness.

I think we should just wait and see what happens, we dont even know WHERE we have been transferred and what does it mean.

With or without a source in the USCIS, everyone is well aware that the backlog will be fixed at one point and previous history shows that it will eventually happen again.

In a few days, we will find out where we've been sent and in a couple of weeks probably we will see some movement and maybe see people getting approved.

About two weeks now... Starting with 23th -24th of July, they have been approving 10 people or more daily and these are just the ones that have an account on this site. Before that, we could barely see one or two people accepted a week..

OMG... I am totally freaking out here.. ever since ii woke up, i keep refreshing visajourney, so many transfers... I cant wait to see WHERE though...and I hope that wherever we are being transferred will be faster than TSC.
