Hi all!! I'm a US citizen who filed I130 for my husband and step daughter in 2013. Their case was approved and they came to US in April 2015. As soon as my husband received his Conditional GC, he started torturing me mentally, physically and emotionally that I'd multiple miscarriage, abortions in 10 months. My family members were also abused and tortured. He was always abusive and ready to fight as soon as I came from work. He also talked to his ex wife everyday who is still using his name as her husband in all docs back home in India. When I tried to talk to him in regards to this, he said he only came here so that he can fulfil his dream to settle here and see his daughter become a lawyer. He had never worked ever since he came here. So he was dependent on me for the entire year. This year in January, he had sent his GC to USCIS to have his name corrected thinking he will get his perm GC ( he had his biometrics appointment on 02/19/2016 but not sure if he had received his GC yet). After that he tortured me a lot again and then one day in February I went to the police station and filed a report. Then I was advised to request for protective order which I did receive for 2 years. I came to know recently that he was in jail for about 20 days back in India for fraud and other crimes in regards to real estate property. I have reviewed other posts but not sure how to report him to the fraud unit on this basis and what documents to attach. Please help me!!!

Congrats DC12345. I didn't get a chance to post any updates as I am in India with my hubby. My hubby's interview is tomorrow at New Delhi Embassy. He already had everything done (biometrics and medical). I'd definitely post his experience at the embassy. Just pray for him and me. I'd waited a long time for this day. I'd called NVC just now and as per the IVR system NVC is closed today. Is that true? Did anyone get their interview date yet for CC in first week of January?

My CC on January 6th but still waiting for interview date for hubby. I'm the petitioner and planning to go to India to visit my husband (beneficiary) soon. I haven't received the interview date yet. Do I need to wait for any letter from NVC or will they send everything in the email. I know that my hubby will be receiving the interview packet but just need to make sure that I don't have to wait for any mail here in US. Thank you in advance.

Hi VJ friends!!! I've been checking the CEAC website ever since my CC on 01/06/2015 but as of today it still shows PAID. Is this normal? I'd seen several posts on VJ with people seeing CEAC status changed from PAID to N/A. They called NVC and were told by the operator about CC. I'm still waiting for the interview date....

Hi friends. Does anyone knows how long would it take for interview to be scheduled. My case was completed on January 6 2015. I have seen people whose CC on jan 7th already have their interview scheduled for February. My consular in India is New Delhi. I'd called NVC on Friday and was told by the operator that the embassy is still scheduling interviews for February. Hopefully my hubby's interview also scheduled for February.

Congrats DC12345!!!! Really happy for you. Well I got my CC on jan 06 but interview hasn't been scheduled yet. My consulate in India is New Delhi. Which is yours? I'd called NVC yesterday to see if they had scheduled interview yet. But operator told me they are still waiting response from the embassy.

ME TOO SCAN DATE 12TH NOV GOT MY CC ON 01/06/2015 BUT WAS NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL TODAY (CONFIRMED FROM NVC TODAY). NOW WAITING FOR INTERVIEW TO BE SCHEDULED.

FINALLY GOT MY CC. JUST CONFIRMED FROM NVC. IT WAS COMPLETED ON 1/06/2015. SO HAPPY AND PRAYING FOR YOU AMERIDUTCH TO GET A CC SOON.

Hello everyone, I'd received an email today from NVC. I called NVC just now and was told by the operator that my case has been completed. It was completed on Jan 06th 2015. But they notified me today. I can't express my happiness. It was a long wait but finally my prayers have been answered. So happy and praying for all my friends to receive similar happiness as mine soon. God bless you all. One more thing- I've been constantly checking the CEAC website until this time and the status still shows PAID. So that means we should not rely on this.

My scan date is November 12th.

Hi VJ friends, so here is the thing. No response from NVC yet. 60 days have been passed since NVC had received my documents (checklist for IV- passport PCC) and I'd received that 60 days wait email. So upset and tired of this wait. Nothing changed on CEAC website s of now. So don't even feel like calling them and hear the same answer as usual- waiting for documents to be reviewed. I'd called on jan 02 with the same response. Please pray for me so that I can get my CC soon. Good luck to all waiting for CC.

Did you obtain both PCC- one from local police station and other from passport office. I'd sent original PCC from local police station but copy of the PCC from passport office (received checklist in September). I still have the original PCC from passport office.

Good luck for the interview nwd2014. I've been with NVC April 24 2014. I'd received 2 checklists for AOS and PCC which were received on November 12. Still waiting for case complete. Please let me know of your interview date and share your experience at New Delhi embassy. All the best.

Yes I am also waiting for CC. Scan date- November 12 (IV checklist). I'd called on 01/02/2015 and the operator told me to check back on 01/12/2015. Good luck to all of us.

Well, I have seen people who have their CC with a scan date after November 12th. Like November 14th and 17th scan dates already have their CC. I wonder how NVC is reviewing the checklists. Do they just randomly pick the case and review or follow a date span. Anyways good luck to all waiting for their CC with November scan dates.

Hello all, does anyone have their case completed with scan date in November. Although I've seen few people got their CC with a scan date of November 17th. Mine is November 12th. But no luck as of today. I wish I'd gotten a Christmas gift with an email or something but maybe time hasn't come yet to see my hubby. Anyway, Good luck to everyone who's waiting for their CC. Thank you AOD132 for the info. Well I'm using American format for the date. So my last documents (checklist for passport PCC) was received by NVC on November 12 2014. Hopefully in another 2- 3 weeks I'll hear from them. Good luck to you as well.

Unfortunately no and you have to send the documents by mail. My case number also starts with NWD. Please make sure you read all instructions before sending any documents to avoid Any checklists. Good luck.

Does anyone know what's the current scan date of documents at NVC whose case is being completed? My documents were scanned on 11/12/2014( as per 60 days review email received). Now waiting for a case complete (hopefully soon) email. How do you track the dates?

Does anyone know how far I am from getting my case complete? Can't wait anymore. I'd sent PCC from passport office (checklist received in September) on 11/07/2014 which per email from NVC was received on 11/12. Any help will be appreciated. It's already 1 1/2 years since I'd started the process.

I'd received a checklist to submit Passport police certificate in September which I had mailed on November 6th. It was scanned on November 12th. I did receive 60 days review email. Does anyone know how long they will take for cc and schedule interview. Thanks!!
