Hello everyone! I just came back today from Santo Domingo. My husband and I had our interview November 12 at 6:45am. It was super easy and all I showed them was my passport with all the stamps. I was done in 5 minutes when I was called and visa was approved. We got out at 11am. I would like to thank all of you here for the help and support.

Yes CC. did you take the medical exam after the cc or after you received your interview date? yes I am planning on taking all that information as proof of relationship. Do you think they will give me a date for a month or longer?

. My husband did the medical exam last week, you need to take interview letter with you in order for them to do it. I think you can get a date for December. Good luck.

Thank you. When you say approved do you mean case complete? I got an interview date 9-10 business days after CC. My hubby needs to take a new police certificate, we have pictures, western union receipts and call logs as proof of relationship.

I got a case complete days ago and posted in here already...but today I received an email from NVC confirm it. It said that they will notify me when an interview spot is open for me.

Did you have any checklist?

I only had one checklist for AOS which I resent on August 6, 2014. The only thing mentioned to me was that my husband was going to need another police report only because the one I sent expires after a little while. Other than that, no more checklists for me.

Should I call again to see if someone else says something about the interview? Should my husband start getting the medical exam done?

Congrats, I called today too was on hold for 15 mins and got a CC as well. However, when I asked for interview date I was told that I will have to wait.

I went online and I am going to the post office to pick up the package tomorrow. Doing this is going to cost me $11.50 which is a stupid fee in my opinion but at least I won't get another CHECKLISTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!

Yup. An logically speaking n/a means not applicable. U r definitely applicable to file. U chose not to file in 2011 and u put the amount u filed in 2012. Don't stress out! We caught u just in time

No no we don't want u to get u another checklist. Listen u shipped it on 6 aug so call dhl if they have not sent it yet then cancel the shipment. And if they have sent it then send another 1-864 right away with the correction so in case u get a checklist they have another package of urs a day apart. Just wait till morning I m sure someone else can confirm this here. But I m almost 100% sure I m correct cuz a couple months back I saw someone getting a checklist for putting n/a there. Write in amount in 2012 and '0' in 2011 with a letter of explanation as to why u didn't file. And 2013 transcript they already have so u don't have to send again

I will just resend this again. I sent it VIA USPS it gets there in two days. I just checked it only says accepted, I don't think it has left NYC yet. Its there a way I can contact them to send back the package?

Ummm are u sure u can put n/a there? I really don't think so. Even if u r not sending ur transcripts u still have to write the amount of total income for both 2012 and 2011. And if u didn't file u write '0' there. Please someone correct me if I m wrong.

Oh jesusssssssssssssssssssssssss. I am so fed up lol I AM HOPING that I can put N/A if not then I will just send this ####### again, so sick of it. I didn't file taxes in 2011. I did in 2012 and 2013.

I just sent my AOS package again on 8/6/2014 since I got a checklist for something MINOR.

Hopefully everything will be okay nowwwwww, I attached my 2013 tax transcript and put N/A on the tax year of 2012 and 2011 since I clicked the I filed in the last years box but will only attach the latest tax info.

I am really tired and sick of this process.

I know my IV package will be okay.

Can't wait to get a CC soon before I start growing gray hair.

I got off the phone with the NVC about 40 minutes ago to find out what mistake I made in the AOS because I got a checklist. The guy told me that I left part 6 13.a and 13.a.1 blankkkkkkkk. I guess because I attached my transcripts I FORGOT TO WRITE the damn numbers of the total income down. I feel sooooooooooo frustrated that little mistake is causing a delay for me like seriously ughhh.

On another in part 6 where it says my current individual annual income thats supposed to be the number that your employer give you right?

For example according to my employer I make $40,000 a year but then my total income after taxes is $37,500?

So I write the $40,000 on that part.

Then I will write $37,500 for my 2013 tax adjusted gross income?

I can't remember what I put on the first AOS that I sent ugh lol.

We got a checklist for AOS, and I sent it this morning. I don't know what that's about. As far as I could tell, I didn't do anything incorrect they just wanted more information. All my banking stuff (even though we have a sponsor because I don't meet the requirements) and new I-864 to attach it to. Weird. Yes, it will delay the process. I am so sorry! I hope it isn't hard to correct on your part.

Anyone else got a checklist for their AOS? I dont know what I did wrong. They are asking for tax and income information but I SENT a transcript of my tax info from 2013 and a letter from my job. I only got two things wrong in the I-864 AOS and I still don't get it. I went to the IRS page and asked for another transcript but this time I clicked that it was for immigration that it was needed. Now this whole process is going to be delayed another month for two minor mistakes great!

So I got the checklist for my AOS package on July 28, 2014. So basically from what I see I only got two errors which are the following:

[x] Item 13.a. You must include your ________2013__________________ tax and income information.

[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

All the other parts didn't say what to correct so I am going to assume that everything else was good except for the two questions in Part 6 above. I don't understand what they want now, I sent my transcript from 2013 and I got my total gross income from there and put in on the form.

Am I right for assuming this is what I need to correct?

I will be trying my best to correct this by tomorrow so I can email it ASAP since I am sure that my IV package will get a false check list because I submitted everything that needed to be sent.

The Form I-864 we received was missing the following page(s). Please ensure you include all nine pages when youresubmit the form.

My AOS was scanned June 6th, still no news. Will call after 6pm to see if they "reviewed" it.

Mine on June 11th, my IV package on July 7, they told me to call on the second week of August. I am going to try and forget about it for a little while so I won't go crazy.

I am on the line right now waiting for someone to assist me. I want to know whats going on, I sent my AOS papers on June and my NVC papers June 30th, just want to see if there is any update.
