Hello, I am a US Citizen with a spouse and child from Australia. I have filed A I-130 for my spouse and its currently at the NVC. The child was born not too long ago. I know he can have US Citizenship but we may go back to Australia after a few years. Is there a visa i can file for him to bring him with his mom or do i have to file a seperate I-130. Thank You.

Will this mean he gets dual-citizenship? He already has a passport will he have to give that up?

It's for my son to be able to come with his mom. She has I130 filed and its @ NVC stage but it appears we may just be moving to her country instead so visa would be for them to stay with me while i file my visa to go to australia and finish up some school.

What visa can you file for if you want to stay for 2-4 years? If it is possible?

I haved filed a I-130 for my spouse and it is currently in the NVC stage. Before we continue with tha tho I have some questions. We had a child just recently. I have read that I will have to apply for a seperate visa for him. I am current military is there a different form i may file for expedited service or am i to request this at the USIC office? Thank You. Also is it possible for both of them to come at the same time or do i have to time it perfectly. Sorry this sounds stupid. Thank You again.
