I got an email today for both of my parents Petition from NVC with a subject which is: Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation, saying that i need to log in at https://ceac.state.gov/IV to check the status, pay fees etc. Did you guys got an email too? Do i have to pay both at the same time, the $120- AOS fee and $325 for IV? Or is it better to pay the AOS first and just wait for the next instruction? Thanks.

Nope i did not apply for I-485 Adjustment of Status because they are outside the country. I will let you guys know once i got the next step which is coming from NVC. Good luck to us.

I mailed mine May 6, probably they will get the letter by May 9th. I petitioned both of my parents. Hope everything will be fine. Guessing the processing time will be 15 months. Let us wait altogether.

we ordered your new card today- July 17,2017.
NOA Receipt date: 6/13/2017.
Got approved today!
What a long wait. How long guys you waited in mail? Can't wait till i hold it.

I talked to one of my friend, she processed hers last year. And the processing is just 4-6 months. Is it because of the new administration?
I called the immigration yesterday, they said the papers is still on processed. Call them back in 30 days if I haven't gotten my GC. That is the time they will do some action.

Just called National Customer Service Center, the agent that i talked too said the papers still on process. But she said if I will not received my GC by April 6, which is 30 days from today (March 6, 2016) I should call them back, and let them know because that is the maximum time processing time for my papers and they can do further action after that just in case. She said everything is okay right now, the papers still in processed.

You are right. Went back to May 14, 2016. I can't believe they are making an error like that. For us this is very serious matter. I hope they will do their job correctly.

They updated every single form for all centers, including VSC & CSC with current processing date of JULY 28, 2016?!? FOR ALL! Ugh... Looks to me like quite the error....or was it intentional? <sigh> Seriously, just hope we hear something soon!
I double check, yah i think this is an error. It passed ours papers and all of them are on the same date now.

It's been 8 months of waiting after we submitted our papers. Hopefully we will get it soon not later than 1 yr.

Hello guys, just got back form Philippines for almost 2 months with the extension letter, everything went right. Is there any news from our Green card? When we will get it, just checking if someone got theirs?

My wife and I really want to go to my home country in December for at least 2 weeks. We haven't booked our flights yet because we are afraid of getting a RFE or an interview appointment letter. Nobody is going to be home to get the mail. Do you think the holidays are gonna slow the process down a little or speed it up?
No problem, I just got back from Philippines for almost 2 months vacation there. Just show the extension letter and expired GC. No worries.

Just done with my biometric-fingerprinting today! Now time to wait, I'll be out of the country in September-October.

I am sorry, it was misread, i was so excited that i still read the email at 2am in the morning. I am talking about Affidavit of Support fee. Should i pay this first $120 and wait for few days until this is approved? Should i pay it together with Immigrant visa fee which is $325.
