Sit Back and Relax,do nothing let them make the next move.Be ready to respond if you get an RFE other than that do nothing to jeopardize your chances.I am speaking from experience some others here while trying to do what they think may be the right thing to do. I tell you to just wait been there done that, was in this same situation approval done.

Just got my Approval letter in the mail, approved 4-24-09 Transfer on 2-25-09. Thanks to everyone on VJ for their kind words and encouragement. For all of you still waiting Please just hang in there your day will come soon.. As a foot note as i see many arguments on these forums about filing taxes together or married filing single,I did not suppy any taxes at all for removal and still got approved. so please dont make comments about what Immigration does or not do unless you not something to be a fact and not what you believe.

*** Second, everyone have been different answer to that base on their experienced. There are baseline that everyone need to follow and we go with that. If you approved without the neccessary documents needed, then its good for you. Each CASE is treated differently as where you received your AOS from, so you can't judge either, thanks! Each office have tonts of tons of cases, if they are so behind on cases then they make shortcut somehow and somewhere. So don't critizise everyone's answer, it's a guidance for people to follow. If there 100 cases to be file, most likely there 100 ways to treat them, every case is not the same.

Just so you know i wasn't being judgemental I was simply saying unless you know something to be a fact don't argue about it. no one here works for immigration and we don't know the rhyme or reason they do things.

I feel ya pain I too was transfer on 2-25-09 and still nothing since the 2-27-09 update after transfer. all of the first transfers on 2-11-09 have been approve with in at least 20 to 45 days of their transfer and only a handful of the 2-25-09 has been approved some 60 days since theirs.So yeah its pretty annoying when you see people who have been transfer since you have being approve.

And adding God is so good's approval - waiting for more to come!

Hi my wife walked out 3 months after we filed for removal of conditions, we had live together for 9 yrs prior to this. but had only been married for 3 of those 9 yrs. we have not filed for divorce,but i honestly don't think that we will get back together.guess my concern is two fold,if i file for divorce now i am sure it wont be finalize before there is ruling on my case which was filed back in July 08,second if we get called for an interview and she do not attend what are my chances of going it alone?

For Business reasons my wife and I don't file taxes together, is this going to be a problem for me?

They told me a lot of things that they probably weren't supposed to. Like ONE....I can marry my boyfriend at the time on a VWP and he can stay. Nice advice!

Jenn you are wrong and I am living proof that you are.....I receive an RFE for my i485 back on feb 29th to this day I still did not respond as yet because I am still waiting on the information from back home ...but on the about 3 weeks after I receive the RFE I got the Biometric letter in the mail code 3 for I485 and I765 schedual for april 20th 3 days before my 90th day.... on the 91st day I made an infopass apointment in the Miami office went in and within 2 hours walked out with Ead Card in hand no intrim card the real card so unless the RFE letter specificaly says that the ead will be affected by the rfe then dont worry about it you will still be fine..

I would Reply to the RFE because sometimes it sames difficult for one USCIS office to know what another USCIC office is doing. for instance I was told that absoulity no way I would get my EAD with an RFE still outstanding But I made an infopass on the 90th day of my application went in to distric office And Bam walked out an hour later with EAD in Hand no Questions ask. so as not to have one office screw things up for you I would comply.
