The Mis-Infopass strikes again!

VSC applicant, NOA1: 2/21/17, radio silence since. I had an Infopass earlier today. Getting the passport stamp was no problem, I just had to ask for it. In terms of obtaining information about the delay I was told something along the lines of "VSC requested the rest of your immigration file from us [the local field office] two weeks ago. This may mean RFE, interview or nothing at all. Keep waiting."

My biometrics appointment has been scheduled.

You can't track your case with the receipt number from the NOA1.

When you get your biometrics appointment letter there will be another receipt number on it which you can use with case tracking.

Are you guys successfully adding cases to your myUSCIS accounts after receiving your NOAs? I'm definitely putting in the correct receipt number, but keep getting this error and wonder if it's a glitch or a systemic issue:

I'm very happy I came across this thread. I went to see Dr. Henry Jacobs earlier this week and it was a very good experience altogether. Transcription is still $50. The address has changed since to 1 Northwestern Drive, Suite 202, Bloomsfield CT, 06002. Phone number is still the same.
