04-02-2014: AOS invoice available on portal; AOS paid

04-03-2014: AOS I-864 packet mailed to NVC

04-04-2014: AOS shows "PAID"

04-06-2014: IV invoice available on portal; IV invoice paid.

04-08-2014: IV invoice shows "PAID"

04-09-2014: DS-260 Submitted

04-12-2014: AOS packet arrived at NVC

04-30-2014 Mailed AOS Checklist

04-30-2014: AOS checklist mailed

05-02-2014: checklist for documents missing

05-07-2014: AOS package scanned at NVC

just got of the phone and i got CC, I have waited till i became an old men for this moment,,,

Calling NVC this months takes longer time than usually and sometimes there phone number sounds like doesn't exist, there is a huge flow of cases stocking there day after day, what's coming next??? Any solutions

IV applications was paid and completed last month and i had 1 checklist for required documents like marriage certificate, birth certf and passport copy, these documents still under review,

When NVC receives more than one package, at the time of review, do they review all packages at same time or they review by date was received?

What is the fastest way to know if my case is complete or not? By getting email? Calling or by checking visa status? Any idea? Thanks

When AOS complete does it mean all case is complete?

I'm a US citizen filling for spouse CR1

Uscis approved my case early on february after 9 months of waiting and received file on late febuary, i got my nvc case# late on march and paid all fees early on april then on april 30th i had a checklist from NVC saying that my AOS was missing an answer, i filled a new AOS same day and shipped it next morning, it took NVC one week to put it in system just as recieved on may 7th, then i found out about a another checklist on may 2nd saying that NVC needs original documents(marriage certf, birth certf, passport copy) even i sent all original copies to USCIS, USCIS told me that i have to file an app to request original marriage certf back and it would take up to 5 month, then i requested from my father to send me all documents via DHL, i Got all requested documents within 7 days and i shipped them right away to NVC, after another week NVC put documents in system on may 19th, I'm still waiting hopefully there will be some good news before closing appointments for july.
