Hi all, is it possible to reschedule I130 interview earlier in lagos?

Hi all, we got our case no, AOS and IV invoice on 15th june, our attorney paid the bills on 20th, filled and submited 260 on 22nd but insisted on not sendind our packages until she received dierctives from NVC to do so which she did get today, she will mail them out dis week. My question is does NVC review both AOS and IV simultaneosly or each takes the normal 30 days?

Do you mean I should immediately point it out before being asked, moreso how do I convince them it was a mistake. Thanks

Hi all, our attorney made a mistake of filling "deceased" for Mother's city and country of residence on my husband's(petitioner) form, am so worried will it be an issue at the embassy? As she is very much alive.
