I've read on multiple threads that USEM doesn't accept joint sponsors for a K1 visa. If they did, it would be another I-134.

If that's the case then you may have to do a spouse visa.

Hi! Guys finally after 2months and exactly a week, the case is approved. My fiance checked the website and it said that they mailed a notice that they have approved our 129F petition for fiance. Guys is this the NOA2? What should I expect.next? Thank you in advance ;-)

Just be patient. In my case we passed last may 9 and we received NOA 1 may 26. Exactly after 2-3 weeks.

Tsc is our service center and we're really hoping for a smooth processing.

Just after I ranted coz of frustration a few hours ago, We have just received a notification that we have been approved! Praise God! We are s thankful and excited :-D.

Wow! Congrats May filers! It seems that everyone in CSC are rejoicing! Come on TSC! Make us happy too!

You'll be fine. Most of the Philippines are getting ridiculously fast approvals.

I hope it's less than 5 months for us! Maybe I'm too excited. Gad! I can't help it.

If your case is assigned to TSC, it might indeed take up to 5 months +. You can also check your status online at uscis site using your receipt number: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do

So for now, just wait for the next notice that USCIS will send, and hopefully no RFE for you guys. All the best!

Hi! Everyone. Add me up. We're also May filers. My fiance sent our package forms last May 9,2014. Based on the tracking number they already received our forms and also processing fee was deducted. But until now we haven't received our NOA1.
