YM86 got a reaction from Romet in Medical exams in Packet 3 ?
Schedule your medical as soon as you get your interview date. When you call to get your medical they will ask what is your interview date, and then they will schedule you on the next available date. Be sure to bring your print out of the packet 3 email to the medical. After you get your results from the medical a few days later you will have to bring it with you to the interview.

YM86 got a reaction from Romet in what is Priority Date in schedule appointment date for interview in profile?
At the time I was filling the profile out I had a similar issue. After searching on visa journey on this I read that the priority date is the noa1 date. Hope this helps.

I sent 2 years worth of what's app chat, viber call logs, pictures and flight info. It was almost 300 pages, maybe more lol. And i will send more to my fiancé for his interview . Be sure to include passport stamps (I forgot to do this even though I didn't get a RFE, it's better to be safe).

I mean after the court order, yep. I'll include a certified copy with my AOS package so they see the link between the name on my passport/I94 and the one on my AOS package. They'll they send my EAD/AP and GC in my new name as far as I can glean from other people's experiences in the past.
For the passport: I won't change my passport because Belgium doesn't recognize name changes unless you do it through their extremely costly process. I changed my name 9 years ago in the UK with a £26 deed poll and it hasn't given me any trouble getting my UK National Insurance number, employment, bank etc in my new name in the UK, so I don't anticipate it giving me any trouble in the US once I get a court order there.

the process at the embassy varies by country. That is why they moved your post. There is no generic USA Embassy, you're dealing with the USA Embassy Manila, they even have their own web site with their own instructions that must be followed. what you would like to do makes sense to me, but many parts of this journey make little sense, yet we ignore jumping thru those hoops to our own detriment.

I was born in Egypt but raised in US. My US passport also shows born in Egypt. When I entered both times travelling to Egypt immigration asked me if I had an Egyptian ID...I answered no. Then He asked if I had my fathers ID....I responded no. He then told me that I will have to pay for a visa, which wasnt a big deal because its not that expensive and you can get it at the airport with no problem. They don't ask for any additional information. So I am assuming if they ask for your egyptian passport/ or ID is only for waive of visa fee. If the name doesnt match it might cause you a greater problem. So I recommend just showing your US passport and getting a visa.
