Hi guys. Friend of mine applied for vawa 2 years ago and recently the office from Vermont send him request for more evidence pointing that they dont believe it was real marriage. Is it gonna help if somebody can  reach his ex wife now and ask her if she can write affidavit saying the marriage was real? Thank you

Hi Sandra, i have only one question. My Lawyer didnt show up on my interview and told me to reschedule because he had some another really important court date my case is really easy and i did, but today i find out on AVVO.com his Lawyer Licence is Suspended for some reason now i dont know what to do do i need to look for new Lawyer or to show up alone on my second interview? Today i went on my interview and my lawyer didnt show up:( I reschedule my interview, they told me its gonna take up to 90 days. I paid $15.000 for someone ti filw my case and he dont show up because he has really important court date he cant miss it but he can miss my interview:) I feel like

Hi guys, Today my lawyer email me and told me he recieved my interview notice for 9 April. I filled my VAWA 08/15/2014 Get approval 08/12/14

Tonimk, my vawa was approved on 12/09. I received exact same 2 emails from USCIS yesterday. Almost got me a heart attack

Hi Sandra, i get approved on my VAWA 12/08/14 and last night i recieved email from USCIS that my case status changed, when i check my Status online says CASE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER OFFICE after 5 minutes they change again and say CASE WAS TRANSFERRED AND A NEW OFFICE HAS JURISDICTION... Im little confused and afraid because i know if they transfer to my local office should say Transferred to your local office.

So please if u want and if u can to give me answer, i know every second member ask u a question and if u dont answer me it will be ok

08/15/2014 Vermont Center received my application

09/15 2014 Request For evidence

12/08/2014 GOT APPROVEDDDDDDD...

I know many guys got EAD approved yesterday, so I think they give bunch of EAD on 10th October:)

I didn't check online, he said congratulations u got approved on your work authorization whenever I receive I'll let u know to come in my office to pick it up. So I think I got approved on 11/10
