I saw an add of a person who offers help in filling out USCIS forms. Is that legal for that person to do so? He/She is not a lawyer. Is that OK for them to offer?
-
it took 10 days after they received my REF and the case was approved after that. Give it like a week or tow.
-
Call again and get the Invoice Number as well. After like 3-4 days, you will log into your case using this link https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx (you will need the case number and the Invoice ID Number to log in and fill out choice of agent form) Than call in like 3-5 days, call again and confirm the agent with the representative and once that's done, continue to make payments on your case and it's going to be much quicker now. That's good to know right?

I had applied for a visitor visa in 2014 but was rejected. My sister is a US citizen and has filed a petitioned which has been approved since 6/xx/2016. And I know I have a long wait until I get called by NVC. Now I have just applied for F1 visa, and is scheduled for interview. Should any of the pervious affect me in getting my student visa?

Anyone from Islamabad, Pakistan has their interview for F1 visa? Could you please provide if and what kind of questions were asked.

One of my friend had applied for his parents to visit USA, and they received the Visas (passports with visa stamp) after two months. Their status was also Administrative Processing for two months. But eventually they received it. I hope yours come sooner.

HI, I received my NOA2 text message on June 30, 2016. Yesterday I received NOA2 email notification. I've called NVC to see if they've received my case and if they assigned any case number/Invoice number. They said they don't have the case yet and it may take up to 6 week to receive the case.
Question
- How long does it take from USCIS to NVC receiving the case
-
The pd is Feb 3 2016. I was thinking the cases might take like years to get approved but they were actually approved within 4 months for f4.
-
USCIS approved case, case is now at NVC. Applicant does not wan to immigrate to the U.S. Due to assets in the home country and good job.
Question 1: if in future the applicant would like to come to U. S. A., does the petitioner have to apply again thru USCIS?
Question 2: Or if and when applilcant wants to come to U.S.A., they should just contact NVC?

for those fields, where you want to write N/A, for example, simply fill out the other parts where you can fill the info and once you print it, write it with pen.

based on Fourth: (F4) Brothers and Sisters of Adult U.S. Citizens: 65,000, plus any numbers not required by first three preferences.
If a cases is approved by USCIS, how long will one have to wait. Country is Pakistan. Do we need to contact NVC for anything other than waiting?

Mother has visitor visa, how and what's the procedure so that shortest amount of time is spent in obtaining immigrant visa.
1- should she come and I file i-130,
2- should i-140 should be filed with AOS,
3- file i-130 and just do it the longest way?
What are the other options?

If a person is a Permanent Residents, how long does it take for kids over 21 to get a visa?
-
Once USCIS approves a case, and the case sits at NVC for over a year, the fees must be paid again and etc.. to get the case started. My question is should the petition be filed again and should it get approved by USCIS again or no?

If one wishes to take Nail Technician course which is about 3-4 months long, is this allowed on visitor visa? There's no credit earned. Sister in law would like to do this so that when she's done, she will return home and help with her sisters business which is cosmetology (beautician) she get the brides ready for their wedding and some party makeups.

I had submitted Copy of original Nikah Nama (was not notarized) as well as Marriage Certificate issued by Official Government, now they are asking again for Nikah Nama. Should I submit that same copy again? (this time I have it notarized) I have gathered old school records which has my name, as well as old pictures with parents. I am also planing on send copies of parents passports, siblings passport copies, along with copies of birth certificates, Approval letters of them from USCIS. What Else can I include?

I always advise people to apply and see. Every person is seen differently from CO point of view. At the same time, being so young, and unmarried are two Big Red flags. Unless you get married and you apply as a couple to visit U.S.A., than things are seen differently. From CO point of view, every one is seen as intended immigrant and they cant just allow everyone to let them in their house would you?
