My mother arrived here in the US a month ago. She was asked to do a medical exam specifically a recheck chest x-ray. She completed it today and the civil surgeon handed us sealed envelope containing the I-683 form and medical result.
Where do we mail it to? What USCIS address do we mail it to, we don't have any forms to submit but just the completed I-693?

Good Morning guys! My parents are scheduled for immigrant visa interview mid-May. I already registered them online for their medical exam in SLMCEC. I am kind of wondering.. Do I still have to call St. Luke's to schedule the medical exam date after the online registration? Any advice or help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Maraming Salamat!
