I request an expedite for my case and I was approved in abouth three weeks and my case was transferred to the embassy and after the interview our case was under AP for almost three months.

Tax transcript or tax return is how self employed prove income.

My husband had his interview in Ankara/turkey and his case was in AP for 3 1/2 months!!

I had co-sponsor and used his assets and they DID NOT accepted that.

Thank you so much for your help and support, after +30 days of waiting and re submitting my request I called NVC on Monday and realizing that they don't even have my request and demanding to talk to supervisor I finally got approved yesterday . So be patient and keep calling NVC!!!!

Does NVC gets the request or the embassy , I did call them but they can't tell me if they have my request or not !!!

You should call NVC.

I sent my request on Aug. 15

Re-sent my request again on Aug. 20

Got the "under review" email on Aug. 22

Called NVC Aug. 25, they told me I was approved

Got approved email on Aug. 28

Case arrived at the embassy on Sept. 9

Got hard copy of expedite approval in the mail today Sept. 11

All depends on how fast your embassy responds. Luckly the embassy in Nicaragua was super fast.
